Great stay at Aquatopia North. Wonderful pool, hot tub, kayaks, boat dock on the intercostal, and short drive to several free ocean beaches. The house was fully stocked with beach chairs, games, fishing gear, kitchen supplies, and tons of towels. Convenient to Stuart and shopping. Checkin and checkout were excellent. Our family vacation had something for everyone. We'd definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved our time at Aquatopia North! Beautiful location, amazing amenities and excellent management. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool so much and watching the sunsets on our deck. The fishing from the dock was so fun along with all the water toys! We couldn’t recommend this place more! Thanks for the awesome stay!

Family Fun

The property was amazing all the amenities a person needed. We had a good size family group for my mother’s 80th birthday. Every one enjoyed the week.

Awesome family vacation

This house has it all! We loved everything form the gift basket to the coffee to all the toys you can imagine. We rented a pontoon and found an amazing little island with a sand bar. The beaches are all so close also. We will be back!

Amazing Mother’s Day weekend!

We celebrated my sons second birthday and Mother’s Day at this home, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We have rented rental homes throughout the world, and this by far has the best accommodations we have experienced. Five stars don’t hesitate and book it now.

Great Outdoor Area

Great communication, fully stocked house. Loved that the indoor living space opened right out to the backyard pool/patio area. Very spacious for relaxing outside. Worked well with bedroom areas being in separate areas if you’re traveling with extended family.

Great location for wing foiling. Can safely launch from house in any wind direction except directly off shore. Lots of water related activities for family.

Check in was very easy, host was prompt with sending directions and codes. They were able to accommodate a little earlier check in. House was very clean and well stocked. Fantastic

This place truly has it all. Very well stocked for everthing you'll need. The pool was a bit warm, so Al had a sling cover installed the next day which helped tremendously with the sun and temperature. Beds were all very comfortable. Very private tropical vibe.

Paradise!

Beautiful home, location and city. The house was perfect for me and my family. We were on vacation to disconnect from our busy lives and we could have honestly not left the house once and be completely satisfied, it has everything especially the view. Of the beaches nearby I would recommend Tiger beach. It was beautiful teal water and is not crowded compared to others.

Wonderful house

The amount this house is stocked with is amazing. All you have to bring is your clothes, your friends/family and what you like to eat. They have everything. It’s located walking distance to Tiger Beach, and Publix that has everything you need. We love Stuart and this house was top notch!

Perfect Paradise

From beginning to end this property was top notch. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed. From all the amenities to the extra supplies that were available we couldn't ask for more. Our family has rented vacation homes for years and this has to be the top of our list and definite return to property. From small children, teens, and adults, there was more than enough to keep everyone happy. We loved our getaway and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed another fantastic vacation staying at Aquatopia North for 10 nights with our adult children and grandchildren. As always, the heated pool was a huge hit with our young grandchildren. The view from the gas fired seating area and dining table on the deck provided fabulous views of the river and the most spectacular sunsets! A highlight for all of us this year was when a manatee swam under the dock! We also enjoyed watching the pelicans dive for fish off the dock.A major bonus is all that is provided at the house- outside there are kayaks, paddleboards, water bike, fishing equipment, pool and beach toys, bicycles, and more. Inside the house is so well stocked with staples such as coffee and tea, condiments, spices, and also beach towels and toiletries. The service from Al Roberts and his team is exceptional! It gives us piece of mind to know that our vacation rental will be clean and well supplied, so we can just relax and enjoy our vacation!

Paradise

One of, if not the best, home we’ve stayed in. They had EVERYTHING you could possibly need and things you wouldn’t know you did. Fully stocked all around from towels to toilet paper and even paper plates. We were beyond surprised and pleased. The house was well maintained and had all amenities. We will Be booking again with them soon and have even looked at their other properties. Thank you for preparing for our stay.

Awesome!

We have stayed in numerous rental properties, and this was managed better than any other property.. by a lot. Beach Houses in Paradise has set the bar for what I would hope for in every property. Everything you would ever need was provided with some very nice extras. Al was extremely responsive to questions throughout the process. The house was very comfortable. The pool was top notch. The view was beautiful. I would highly recommend this house and company!! (Just not when we want to come back.)

Laid back intercostal front property

This house had it all. 2 Coffee makers, full kitchen, waffle maker, beach towels, pool, paddle boards, gas grill, dock on the intercostal. Ocean / beach access less than a mile away You can bring your own boat and jetskis. They can be kept on the water out back. Publix grocery store less than one mile away. Spent 6 days here and the time flew! Would def. Rent this property again.

Best Vacation Ever!

The beach house was fabulous! Heated pool, hot tub, all the fun water toys you could wish for and tons of games & bikes for the kids just to name a few of the many amenities this beach house in paradise has to offer. When they say pack light they have everything you’ll need… believe them. Al Roberts, the property manager was so quick to respond back to any questions we had. From the initial booking to when we were on the property he was top notch. We can’t wait to come back. When our grandkids told us this was the best vacation they ever had we couldn’t help but smile back and say, us too.

Great stay!

We stayed at Aquatopia North for 3 weeks and loved the house. We are a couple and on weekends would have friends/family stay. House was stocked with everything you need aside from your own food. Coffee, spices, TP, PT … it’s all there! We never needed to buy any of it the whole time we were there. Property manager was excellent. if any issues arose they were taken care of immediately. The location is so convenient to beach, Publix, Stuart and Jensen Beach. Didn’t want to leave!!! Would definitely stay here again
