A perfect place for the family vacation

It’s our first Myrtle Beach vacation ever. We’ve had a great week of the family gathering in this place which is located in a quiet community about a block and half away from the beach. The house is cozy, clean and well equipped. The kids, in-laws and we were all having an enjoyable and memorable time. We hope to go back one day.

Needed a place for a baseball tourney. This popped up a week out. Fast, easy, booking, excellent location, house accommodated our group, love the community. A perfect fit for our needs.

Great location, Cute little cottage

Nice little spot close to everything. Great layout that accommodates a lot of people in a small space. Some sand in 1 of the beds (broke out the vacuum) and super nasty carpets is what kept this from 5 stars. I would go back and rent again.

It was a place to sleep that’s for sure. Not sure the last time they changed the hvac filter considering the dust and presumably mold on the air return vent. Water damage all throughout the first floor has subfloor showing in multiple spots. The Grill was just 2 used and gross portable grills. The fridge is busted up and as old as I am so it took about 12 hours before the food in the freezer and fridge got cold. This was around 400 a night which would’ve gotten us a way better hotel than what this was.

Many thanks for your feedback. The house was deep cleaned and the grill was replaced after you checked out. This guest exaggerated the facts. It only has a very small area, about 1 sf, in the kitchen was water damaged. The floor will be upgraded in the low season. The fridge works perfectly and I never received complaints on it. This guests put two many food in the fridge so that it would take couple hours to cool down. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from my other guests.

The cottage was as seen in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage, and a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach. It was great to be able to walk to the beach. We also enjoyed having the pool there. I would definitely rent this cottage again. The only problem we had was with the living room couch. It was not comfortable and when pulled out for a bed, it was lumpy on both ends. My daughter had to sleep lying across the bed.

Overall nice stay

I can't really complain about the property. It was a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property. Overall very clean. My only suggestion would be to bring your own knives (no sharp ones), sciccors, and a lighter for the bbq. Also the bbq was very small and the grill did not fit, it was also very dirty and no way for us to clean it properly. Other than that, its a great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of mini put, and shops around the corner, and the pool area is nice.

It's ok.

It was ok but the sofa was quite uncomforable, it sinks when you sit and the kitchen cabinet drawer were unstable. I love the washer/drier set, they worked really well. Another thing, I don't know why we have the do some clean up when we already paid for house cleaning on our last day?

Event though you paid the cleaning fee, you have to clean your own stuff and remove your food left in the refrigerator and clean dishes and pans when you check out. It was ok and Mr. Feng is very accomodating person

We're allocated to a two parking pass but we have some friends visiting us so I ask Mr. Feng what to do in order to accomodate them and he was awesome. The house is nice and clean except that the living sofa is so saggy that it sinks whenever you sit, quite uncomfortable and the kitchen drawers are unstable so we have to be careful. They have a very tiny chopping board. The rooms are ok, towels are fresh and clean. However, the trash bin was full when we arrived, the cleaning person is supposed to pull it last sunday for pick up and they never came so our trash bags are still left there and quite unsanitary sight. Overall, not too bad and we still enjoy our stay.

Week long stay

We encountered a 1-1/2 hour delay checking in. According to our host, the cleaning company was running behind. When we checked in, we found we were left with only half a roll of toilet paper for five people for eight days. We contacted the host immediately but did not receive TP until the next morning. By that time we’d already gone out to purchase our own. The unit could use new flooring as there was evidence the dishwasher and clothes washer leaked. The floor is rotted through to the subfloor in front of the dishwasher. It could also use a new coat of paint in the off season. There were no parking passes left for us as listed in the check in instructions. Thankfully it didn’t appear anyone in the community had a parking pass, so no issues with getting towed. Overall it was as advertised.

Thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry for the delay of your checkin. The cleaning company was extremely busy last weekend. I apologize for all the inconvenience. The cleaning company usually leave two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. The cleaning company left two parking permits on the kitchen countertop and some spares in the drawer next to the fridge. They brought more amenities to you in the morning of the 2nd day. The floor of bedrooms and stairs were upgraded to vinyl planks last winter. We will upgrade the floor for the first floor in this winter. We work very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from my other guests as well.

My family vacation

The property had a few issues. But when I call Mr Song he respond very quickly. The next day he had it taken care of. He also came to the home. Very nice and respectful person. We booked this place on Sunday we was able to move in on Monday. Was at another place on Sunday when we arrived. Had to stay in a hotel that night the other place was dirty, bed had stains in it unbelievable. Call the owner was refunded my money. Again Mr Song thank you for a quick respond we enjoyed your place. Thank you thank you so much. Recommend this place. We will be back.

Under Promised Over Delivered

My family really enjoyed their stay. My 27 year old daughter and my Mother was both celebrating birthdays one week apart. I personally was amazed at how you literally could (if you could imagine) walking to the mailbox then simply look to the left and see the Beach. So yeah,, it's less than 5 minutes away Ocean Drive more like 90 seconds. BTW, 10 stars for Management. They practically respond as you are pressing send. ALL HOTELS WERE BOOKED!!! So... yeah we were happy campers. 😃

Close to Beach

We loved the proximity to the beach! Minutes from the Boardwalk, shopping and activities. The home slept 9 of us comfortably, but the space was a little tight for sitting in the living/dining area as a group. The community pool was nice as well; unfortunately someone vandalized the filter system and it was closed for part of our stay. The end unit was perfect for our large group and parking was available for the two vehicles we had. The furniture could be updated but it worked for us. We would stay here again on a future visit.

Wonderful place to stay

The home was wonderful to stay at! The complex was so cute, and very quiet. It was a close walk to the beach, and super easy to get to restaurants and shops. Access into the condo is super easy to use, which made coming and going an easy process. It could have used a good deep clean though, which I'm chalking up to being the busy season so not much time in between renters coming and going. Over all I definitely recommend staying here!!

Quiet neighborhood close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Plenty of space as described and quick response from the owner for any concerns. Back patio is ok for storing beach supplies but not usable for eating outside due to the garbage being also back there. Cottage needs some repairs.

Great stay

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach. We were extremely pleased with the cottage. It slept 8 comfortably. It had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Location was key. A block away from the ocean and only a short distance to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.
