Bienvenue à Gulfstream Cottages 336! Cette maison de ville avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain a des meubles, des appareils électroniques et des appareils, et est située à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage avec piscine extérieure.

Cette location comprend:
--Chambre n ° 1: mobilier contemporain épuré, lit king-size avec matelas et oreillers tempurpedic, bureau avec ordinateur et téléviseur à écran plat HD de 81 cm.
--Chambre n ° 2: lit double avec lits jumeaux superposés et un lit gigogne double, tous avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme et téléviseur à écran plat haute définition de 32 pouces.
--Salon: mobilier traditionnel dans le salon avec canapé-lit queen, sièges pour cinq personnes, table à manger pour quatre et une télévision à écran plat avec Roku, Netflix et lecteur DVD.
--Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des sièges supplémentaires pour deux personnes au comptoir et est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas pour la famille et les amis.

We had a great long weekend at this spot! There were four of us (two adults and two kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were super comfy and I say this because I have been to several places that were not so it’s a worth a mention for me :-D The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the kids loved the pool. There was also a mini golf place just a 2 minute walk, restaurants and entertainment all around. I would definitely come back here.

Great place

My family and I had lots of fun. Very short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes walk, which I loved. A little disappointed that we were not able to use the pool, for some reason it was closed, but other than that, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Family Friendly

My family and I traveled to Myrtle Beach for an extended long weekend. The cottage was very spacious. The kids loved their room with the bunk beds. Walking distance to the beach.

PERFECT LOCATION!

This was honestly one of the best decisions I have made in terms of where we stay. It was two blocks from the beach with access to public parking, it was only a few blocks from the neighborhood market so we could pop over really quickly if we needed something, only minutes from Family Kingdom area and much more. But it felt just like we were at home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was clean, quiet, well stocked, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We will be staying in this location again!

Perfect for what we were looking for

This house was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was stocked with anyhting you could need and the appliances worked great. Based on the previous review, we didn't try the grill and do think the place could benefit from a carpet cleaning but it was a great place for my family to spend time in Myrtle Beach. The house is right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Perfect location and we are recommending the unit to our neighbors.

Perfect place for our beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at your cottage this past week. It was just the right size for our family of 5, cozy and comfortable, and with a great location. We liked that it was off the main drive (Ocean Blvd) but so close to the beach. One suggestion to make it even better--have the grill cleaned after each stay or at least provide tools for cleaning it. We had planned to grill a couple dinners, but it was so dirty we decided not to use it. Other than that, we give your cottage an A+ and hope to stay there again some day. Thank you!

Great house and experience.

My husband, 3 children and I stayed in this house and were very happy. There was room for all of us without tripping over each other. The house looked just like the pictures and was really clean upon our arrival. We made use of the pool every day; it was close and well maintained. The location was perfect. We were in the middle of everything and not more than a 15 minute drive from anything we wanted to do. Feng was quick to respond when we reached out to him. We will be back!!

Be careful!

The list of issues is too long to detail but I'll name a few - roaches, dishwasher problems which were not fixed while we were there despite request, silverware drawer was filthy - had to remove entire contents, including the tray and clean everything, shower curtain liner was full of mold and mildew (this was replaced during our stay but not with a liner - another dirty shower curtain), the sofa was horrible - I refused to sit on it the whole week....the list goes on. I requested that we be reimbursed for the cleaning portion of our rent. This was not acknowledged. We realize that beach houses are not perfect, but this was a complete disappointment.

I visited this guest after they checked in my property. She told me this unit was so beautiful and I was very happy to hear about that. They rented my another property for their kids. In the second day, I started to receive her complaints for the other property and they asked money back. I refused to refund money back. But my cleaner went there to change the shower liner immediately after I received the complaint. I asked a technician to fix the dishwasher, but this guest refused him to go there. I was so confused why she didn’t allow my technician to get in to fix the dishwasher. After she checked out, we found the dishwasher function totally fine. And pest control technician checked and treated the house completely, and no any roaches were identified. The sofa is in good condition. This guest tried to get some money back by complaining on false things. She left this false negative review because I refused her request. My team works very hard to make my properties best vacation homes for my guests. All my previous guests had very good experience in my properties and left very good reviews. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from other guests as well.

Cleaning service wasn’t good.. I had to remop the floors.. They were sticky !! Needs new carpet!! Outdoor furniture chairs needs to be thrown away can’t even sit in them only 2 .. The property has potential but needs updating!!

Thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry for the cleaning. An technician worked there to repair the toilet before you checked in. He may not mopped the floor after his work. The carpet was deep cleaned after you checked out. The damaged backyard chairs were replaced.

Not aestically pleasing

The cottage is in a quiet community, conveniently located by Wal-Mart, the beach and the main drag. We had more than enough room for two people. The price was reasonable for a week long stay, similar to hotels in the area. The cottage has alot of potential, but has seriously fallen flat. Upon walking in, you get the feeling that the cleaning company did the bare minimum, like a surface clean and not a deep thorough clean. The floor felt sticky, and carpet was heavily stained and not really vacuumed. All of the floor mats are dingy and need to be replaced. We immediately washed the bed linen and all the towels, and dishes before using them all though they appeared clean. The patio had a broken box spring on it and the grill was unusable as someone had put charcoal in the propane heated grill. The owner was contacted about the box spring, and the floors. He responded promptly. The cleaning company came that same day to remove the box spring, which they just threw on the side of the road. They did nothing about the floors. The front of the of the silverware drawer fell off just by shutting it and had to be put back on 3 times. The owner was only contacted the one time as we were trying to enjoy our vacation and we didn't want the hassle of dealing with the cleaning company everytime we found something wrong. We just made do. The place would be so much nicer if the owner just put in a bit more effort. Touch up paint, professionally steam cleaning the carpet, replacing the floor mats, and fixing the cabinets would really make a difference.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood couple blocks to the beach and one block to the neighborhood Walmart. It’s very convenient to access the beach and grocery stores. The trash only can be pulled out on Sunday and collected on Monday based on the city policy. This is the reason why the broken box spring was in the backyard. It was taken out by the cleaners on Monday. The carpet was deep cleaned after you checked out. It’s a very busy season and any damages always happen. As long as we receive any report on damages, we always action promptly to get them fixed. We work very hard to keep our properties the best vacation homes for our guests.

Place was clean with a nice amount of room for the 4 people that went. Smart TV’s so you can choose and enjoy what you watch, location was perfect for all we had planned and would stay again!
