The space

This private, detached guest house was designed with relaxation in mind. Leave your car in the driveway and step through the private gated entry into your own retreat.

Once inside, the luxury furnishings and spa-like bathroom will envelop you in relaxation.

Enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen and private outdoor grill to whip up a delicious meal. Dine inside or on the covered patio.

Before bedtime, enjoy a plunge in the large Roman-tub followed by a glass of wine around the outdoor fire-pit. Or, get cozy on the sofa in front of a roaring fireplace while watching a favorite movie on TV.

In the morning, slide open the bedrooms' patio doors and enjoy the fresh air along with a good book in bed.

With 1500 square feet of space this guest house has all the amenities of a private home; a Great Room, large bathroom, 2 bedrooms and laundry room.

The Great Room has 16 foot-wide sliding glass doors on both the North side and South side. The South-facing doors will be inoperable and curtained off for host/guest privacy. The North -facing front door and glass sliders are fully accessible and open out onto the guest's private yard and patio spaces. This privately enclosed space includes 2 patios, a fire pit area, a bbq, and a covered patio table with 6 dining chairs.
