À propos du quartier

Myrtle Beach

Great location

We booked this condo for 7 days and was very satisfied with our stay. It was centrally located and very close to restaurants and attractions. Our condo was on the beach and our balcony faced the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a family stay

This unit at Carolina Dunes was perfect for our family of four. The location in Myrtle Beach is ideal. The balcony was our favorite hangout and of course the proximity to the beach and ocean were wonderful. The assigned parking spot was an added bonus.

Everything lived up to expectations, walking right out to the beach was so nice, and the view from our balcony was perfect to watch sunrise over the ocean. Couches and beds were comfortable, furniture was good quality, not cheap and fragile like at some rentals. We have nothing to complain about, we had a perfect trip while staying here.

Great place!

The beach was perfect. This is a nice family spot. Pool has shade starting around 4:30 in summer due to a large building next door, but most of our swimming was done by then anyway.

Great central location

Good relative value for the money for a quaint property right on the ocean. Very clean, well maintained, and nicely appointed with everything you need for a fun coastal vacation. Would recommend it to friends and family seeking a moderately priced unit in a highly desirable location.

Thank you for your feedback, Andrew. We sincerely apologize for the extended power outage during your stay and the discomfort it caused. Unfortunately, power interruptions are sometimes beyond our control, but we understand how frustrating this was. We regret that compensation was not offered to your satisfaction. Your experience has been shared with our team to improve how we handle such situations in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Easily one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. The balcony is roomy, the furniture & condition of the condo were very good, it appeared to have been recently updated. Disappointments were there no beach towels, no extra trash can liners, the icemaker on the refrigerator was not operational & only one kitchen towel & dish rag. The kithen had basics but not everyday items you would expect. To be fair, the advertisement did not state they had any of these items but our mulitple vacation rentals previously did have all of this & more. One additional note is that the building is not secure; the lobby doors remain unlocked 24-7.

Carolina Dunes 505

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time in Myrtle with my family. We were there for a baseball tourney. Carolina Dunes is located in a great spot, easy access to everything. Property was clean and in good shape. Building is a little beat up from the elements, but our condo was newly renovated in kitchen (or well kept) and the bedrooms were great. View is awesome. Need new beach chairs would be a recommendation I would make. Overall great experience!

Nice Stay

The photos match this location well. Great space and good value considering the area. Having 2 separate bathrooms with teens on this trip was helpful. The kitchen had all you could need minus the food which was easy enough to access with a Walmart within 10 minute drive of the condo. The beach access is steps from the property with some of the softest sand I’ve ever experienced. The private pool was a nice feature as well. Plenty to do within 20 minutes or less drive from the condo. Some of the local beach shops give out coupons for attractions in the area, so I recommend checking those shops out early on. The patio allows for spectacular views of the sunrise over the ocean and if you go back out your entrance door in the evening you can get a decent view of sunset. Overall perfect space for family vacation.

Mr. Thompson

Unit was climate controlled. Temperature on main downstairs floor was 87 degrees. Bedrooms located on 2nd floor had to be close to 84-85 degrees. My kids choose to try and sleep downstairs on sofas. During the evening they discovered a hidden camera on main floor. We contacted management a, and moved out. It was a waste of two full days of our one week vacation. Terrible!!!

Hi Bobby, Thank you for leaving a review. We are a bit confused as this condo only has one level and the thermostat is not controlled by anyone other than the people in the condo. There also are no hidden camera in the unit or any of our units. Again, very confused by your review, possibly you stayed in another property then moved to ours at Carolina Dunes? - Luxury Beach
