Niché dans une impasse tranquille avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan, le son et le parcours de golf depuis les vastes ponts avant et arrière. Professionnellement décoré et conçu pour la vie privée de la famille lors de vacances. Unique au rez-de-chaussée avec salle de bain complète.
Trois lots de retour de la plage dans le village de Nags Head. Spa sur le pont, jacuzzi, foyer au gaz disponible de la mi-septembre à la fin avril, barbecue, douche extérieure.

We had such a wonderful vacation. The house was great and the location could not be beat. Only bummer the pool wasn’t opened yet but honestly it didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Family vacation

Our family , 11 of us , spent the week at the beach. We had a good time but was disappointed that the pool was a longer walk than indicated and the house needed many updates . The air conditioner went out one night they came the next morning and checked it , someone finally fixed it that evening.

Close to Beach, Could use some Touch-Ups

This is a wonderful home with a unique set up with the majority of the living space on the top floor. It is a very short walk to the beach. There are so many different decks that all have great views. The kitchen is well stocked for every cooking inclination you could have. I would note that the cleaning outdoors could use some improvement. There were a lot of cigarette buds left on the decks, and loose nails on the boards. The hot tub cover is also aged and waterlogged, so an update would go a long way in usability. But overall, a wonderful home!

Wonderful family time. OBX never disappoints. However, not at all satisfied with Seaside 58. Would not choose again, or recommend. Left it cleaner than we found it for us. Sorry! And, very discouraged with property management responses to our requests.

Family Vacay in Nags Head

Very nice house in a beautiful neighborhood with great beach access to beautiful beaches. Never did check out the pool as it is a little far from the house. You would probably want to drive to it. The beaches are pristine and not super crowded. Great walkways to get you there.We used all the bedrooms, and there were no complaints about the comfort of the beds. We also appreciated the abundance of bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The house was very centrally located for most of the things we enjoy on a regular basis in the Outer Banks. Great access to Manteo without a long drive.My reason for a 4 star rating was that we had a an extensive problem with brown spiders in the house which the realty company sent out an exterminator for immediately after I contacted them, but they were still a problem after the exterminator came. Also, the air conditioning went out on our main bedroom floor during the next to the last night of our one week stay in late June 2025.

Excellent property with beach access

Plenty of rooms for everyone in the party. Nice balconies. Very close to beach with private access to the neighborhood guests only. Good parking space. Excellent location with nearby convenience/grocery stores.

Just like the listing.

Stayed the second week with n June and found the location exactly like the listing. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed within an hour of being reported. Only concern is the age and condition of most of the outdoors furniture.

Easter 2019

Came to explore OBX. perfect location. 1 hour to Carova. 1 hour to Hatteras. Wild horse expedition. 3 Lighthouses. Museums. Jennettes Pier. Horseback riding on the beach. 3 full days and still didn’t see it all. No worries, we’ll be back.

November 2018 Stay

This place was great except for the abundance of wasps coming through the air vents into the living room. We killed 6 during our stay. And there were lots of dead of roaches in the home too. The electric fireplace wouldn’t light either which was a bummer since we were there over thanksgiving but we still enjoyed our time together. It was in great proximity to the beach and close to shops.

Great location. You can't really see the ocean from the house but you're literally two houses away from the entrance to the beach. Very clean. We brought 7 people with us and it fit everyone comfortably. The house has everything you'll need and the hot tub is a great addition.
