Une maison luxueuse de 2866 m², de superbes vues et 3 suites Master! Une belle maison neuve sur le parcours de golf de Caldera Springs, juste au sud de Sunriver. 3 suites principales, une au rez-de-chaussée avec foyer au gaz.  Toutes les suites disposent de lits king-size, de télévisions à écran plat et de DVD.  Deux salles d'eau supplémentaires.  Grande salle voûtée avec cheminée en pierre et un grenier. Canapé-lit en cuir dans le loft et canapé-lit en cuir dans une grande pièce.  Vue imprenable sur le mont. Bachelor et vue sur la maison du lac.  La cuisine contient des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable Viking de qualité commerciale avec une cuisinière à quatre brûleurs et un gril. Custom aulne noueux dans toute la maison. Table de baby-foot. Traeger Grill & Keurig 2. 0 à la disposition des clients (veuillez apporter vos propres K-Cup). Le loft à l'étage est pourvu d'un réfrigérateur, d'un bar avec évier, d'une télévision à écran plat 47 pouces et de jeux. Faites un tour à vélo au Sunriver Village sur l���un des 5 vélos adultes fournis.

Great house!

Beautiful house in a great location! Just wish we could've gotten out the golf clubs as the house is right on the course! The snow stopped that from happening but great home for families!

Great Home

Although weather was slightly colder than normal we still had plenty to do and lots of room for all 6 of us adults in the home. The kitchen is fully equipped, home is beautifully decorated and the location on the golf course and view of bachelor is the perfect cherry on top! Will definitely stay again!

Caldera Home

Our family had a lovely time at the Dancing Rocks home in Caldera. We especially appreciated the graciousness of the management company as we navigated this stay for extended family gathering for a memorial service. The bikes and game tables in the garage were a great bonus, and absolutely everything about this home met or exceeded its description. Thank you!

Wonderful home with everything yo

This was the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It was immaculately clean, had a beautiful view, was conveniently located, and extremely comfortable for our family. The hot tub was perfect, the kitchen had every appliance and accessory for cooking, the BBQ was convenient, and access to the Quarry Pool was a kid favorite. The key locks on the front and back doors were a little tricky to get in and took us a few minutes every time we left and returned. We would’ve appreciated having access to the kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards, and golf (we found out that booking through Bennington Properties prohibited that unfortunately). Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home. We hope to be back!

Big house but dated

The house is big. Three actual bedrooms. Lots of pleather couches which make up the sofas and other beds (as pull outs). TVs are not smart tvs so no streaming. Kitchen is well stocked. Fridge smelled. Washer smelled. Has dated, peed on carpet. It is a dog house which is great but clearly dogs have peed on it based on our dogs sniffing. The property management was easy to work with. It was built in 2007/2008 and needs updating and someone to care for it rather than it just being a rental. The view is good from the back deck. It is in a nice, quiet location. If the price is right, it would be a good house. It is not high end on the inside and so the price should reflect that. I would not stay here again.

Unbelievable View

This property is gorgeous. The stunning view of Mt. Bachelor, the bedroom suites, and the location make this an A+ vacation rental. We were really surprised to see a herd of elk walk by every morning!

Excellent time in a beautiful home

Loved the view of Bachelor once the clouds lifted. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for golfing, bike riding, and fishing. Is a bit spendy, but you get what you pay for

Great for family.

Huge kitchen with island and huge living room. We felt like we could all spread out. The listing is not clear, so to clarify...Downstairs Master (sleeps 2) with full bath. Downstairs half bath. Quick Getaway

Awesome house!

We have rented several properties in Sunriver and have never booked the same one twice, however, after staying here we will 100% be staying here again. The house was very clean, fully stocked with cooking supplies and plenty of amenities to enjoy! We all loved it!

Very nice home with plenty of room for everyone. Nicely appointed and ready to enjoy from the moment we arrived. When an issue arose, the management team responded quickly and completely.
