Welcome to Dena'ina Cottage! 

Located on the beautiful Lamar peninsula just north of Rockport.  This two-bedroom/ two-bathroom cottage is the perfect place to spend some much-needed quality time at.  The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, dresser, and television.  There is also a large closet space for all your vacation gear.  The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a desk area for those of you that may need to work remotely during your stay.  

The kitchen, dining room and living room area offers an open floor plan with beautiful wood finishes from floor to ceiling.  Vaulted ceilings and that country cabin feel we all love.  The back yard has nice shade trees and burn ring.  The laundry room is in a separate utility room located in the back yard.  

There is plenty of room for parking a boat/trailer.  Just a few minutes from a public boat ramp, Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree.  

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
