Welcome to Rockport's cutest bungalow, the Charlotte Anne! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath is located a couple blocks from the water (public access via Rockport Pier is a little less than a mile), and bike trail, 1.5 miles to the beautiful Rockport Beach and a short stroll to downtown and its shops and restaurants. You have full access to the home and you can relax on the large front porch area with peek-a-boo views of the water and outfitted with new comfortable porch furniture and table.

Everything! We had a wonderful stay at the CharlotteAnn in Rockport. EXCELLENT location and great accommodations. Our Bungalow was a cute 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit with everything you good ask for. Move-in ready with beautiful dishes and cookware, great porch to enjoy the morning sun. I'd recommend it to anyone. We are hopeful to return next year!

Perfect location perfect set up

We so enjoyed our 3 day stay in this cute, clean bungalow. So near everything we love: water, dining, shopping, eating. Perfect size for us to spread out. I adored sipping my coffee on the screened in front porch with a gently breeze usually blowing.

My dad's 84th birthday at the beach in Rockport. This place was 5 minutes from there, great location, close to good good, shopping necessities and small local shops. Host was responsive and accommodating. Great stay for the price.

Had the best vacation here

My daughters and I stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was quite possibly our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed at here in rockport. The house is so cute and homey. My girls absolutely loved their kids room and bathroom. My dog enjoyed the screened in patio and large yards. And we had nightly walks down to the water at the end of the day. Humphrey stayed in contact with us the whole time and was a very hospitable host , 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay! The location was wonderful and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The screened in porch was our favorite part and we spent several hours every day just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the wind and the water. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place for a quick getaway

We booked this house for a weekend fishing trip. Screen porch is great for morning coffee and great location to walk to the water. Will definitely book again.

Cute Bungalow

We booked the house the night before coming there. We had no issues and it was ready for us to check in on time. Cute little Bungalow close to the water. We were unfortunately in town for a funeral, so we didn’t go do a lot while there. However if we come back to this area again I would love to stay there again.

Screen porch elevates this cottage

Cute little cottage. Comfortable stay. The screen porch with seating on the front makes is the star of this cottage. Two bathrooms is also a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood and a good place for walking, but you must drive a little bit to get to a walking beach. Rockport is a great place to visit.

Loved the location and neighborhood. Yard was a little unkept screened in porch on front was torn and needed repairs loved that it had a fenced in yard as we were traveling with our dog however it did no good as with the tears in the screen porch it was not secure and could not leave him so had to change some of our plans. Otherwise it was a fairly nice place

Lovely Beach Cottage

The Charlotte Anne was a lovely beach cottage. Quaint and homey. The screened-in front porch was a treat in the evenings to enjoy sitting outside with a cold beverage and not be bothered by insects and pests. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us with the king sized bed in the master (very comfortable mattress might I add) the bunk beds in the second bedroom and pull out couch. The pa try was well stocked as were the kitchen gadgets, gizmos and utensils. We made use of the washer and dryer as well. We had a great stay and look forward to future bookings. Humphrey was very accessible and quick to respond to questions. Thank you so much for the use of The Charlotte Anne for our vacation.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While the host was responsive and kind, the property itself was not prepared for our stay. Upon arrival, it appeared as though the previous guests had just left: bedding was on the living room couch, the primary bedroom and bathroom looked recently used, the bunk beds were unmade, and both the kitchen trash can and outdoor bins were completely full.We had our dogs with us and had hoped to settle them in before heading out for an early dinner, but instead had to contact the host regarding the lack of cleaning. The host replied promptly and explained that the cleaning crew would need additional time, but since our reservation was only for one night, this significantly impacted our stay. Although a 40 refund was initially offered, we ultimately decided it was best to cancel altogether. The host supported this decision, and we received a full refund.The house itself was quaint and the porch was serene, but unfortunately, the overall first impression overshadowed those positives
