This stylish, family-friendly home is the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for getaways or work travel! Kids will enjoy the chalk wall and small outdoor playset, along with a fully fenced yard for pups. The outdoor space features a firepit, grill, and covered dining area, perfect for enjoying time together. Centrally located, Cornelius, NC, you'll be close to scenic parks around Lake Norman, delicious dining, and exciting attractions for all, making it perfect for anyone!

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and boasts generous countertop space, making it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. The dining table comfortably seats five, with an extra chair available to accommodate a sixth guest when needed.

-Ceramic plates and bowls - Kid friendly cups and dinnerware - Electric Kettle - Toaster - Pots/Pans/Baking sheets - Blender - Rice cooker - Wine glasses - Salt/Pepper/Olive oil etc...

Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig, complete with provided pods in three roasts, including decaf. Not a coffee drinker? We’ve got you covered with a selection of black and green teas. To customize your perfect beverage, we also provide sugar in the raw, Splenda, sugar-free vanilla and caramel syrups, and creamer.

Bringing your pup along? We provide 2 ceramic dog bowls and towels for those muddy days.

We also supply some workout equipment: Kettle bell, resistance bands, yoga block and a yoga mat!

(A convertible high chair, baby bath and pack&play are provided inside the king room closet along with some exercise equipment)


LIVING AREA

Snuggle up with a cozy throw blanket by the electric fireplace on the plush sectional, offering comfortable seating for 4–5. Enjoy endless entertainment on the 55" smart TV, preloaded with popular streaming apps like Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, Showtime, YouTube, and more.

You'll also find a large desk with a comfy cushioned office chair if you're working on the go!

Break out some board games we have provided, like Monopoly, Uno, Sorry and more!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

All bedrooms are equipped with brand new gel memory foam mattresses with a choice of down alternative or memory foam pillows. Each room offers black out curtains/shades and have 1-2 extra pillows inside the closet and velvet hangers.

Each bathroom comes with a hair dryer, toilet paper, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We provide bath towels, makeup towels, wash cloths and a hand towel for each guest.

Primary Bedroom: King sized bed with a 55" smart TV. USB ports are located on each bedside lamp along with a multi plug, giving you plenty of charging options! A large walk in closet provides ample space for your belongings. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity.

Queen Bedroom: Queen sized bed with a stylish, comfy bench in front, along with a closet and our wifi router. USB ports are located on each bedside lamp.

Twin Bedroom: A chalk wall adds a touch of creativity and fun for the kiddos (please note that the chalkboard is limited to the dark blue painted area). Both beds are adorned with whimsical flow canopies, sparking imagination and transporting the little ones to another world!


OUTDOOR SPACE

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Gather around the large propane firepit with four chairs, or cook up a meal on the propane grill. The covered dining area seats six, perfect for meals outdoors. For the kids, there’s a playset with a slide, rock & rope wall, and a tent under the slide. Plus, the fully fenced yard provides a safe space for your pups to roam freely.

Pups under 35 lbs are welcome with our pet fee as follows: $50 for 1 pet, $65 for two pets. If you enter 2 pets into your reservation, you will automatically be charged for 1 pet fee and we will request the additional $15 after booking.
