The home also features two distinct and unique spaces: a game room with a wet bar, projection screen, foosball table, and other arcade and table games; and a magical kids hide-a-way area with books, movies, and games, that can only be accessed after passing through the secret passageway!

Step outside onto spacious deck, which is perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining. The expansive private yard is surrounded by woods, where there is easy access to the lake for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, or paddle boarding. In addition, guests can use the community pool (a 3 min drive from the house). Children under 14 are free, and they must be accompanied by an adult. The fee for anyone over 14 is $5 per person.

You are also less than 20 mins from Camelback Mountain Resort which offers skiing, snowtubing and water parks, as well as the Pocono Premium Outlets which is home to over 100 outlet shops including Nike, Yankee Candle, Nautica, Coach.

Guests will need to sign a waiver prior to arrival relating to the use of watercrafts (boats, kayaks, and paddle boards) on the lake.
