On the main level, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms—two with queen-sized beds and one with a twin-sized bunk bed. The main floor bathroom is a Jack and Jill style, shared between the master bedroom and the queen bedroom, and is equipped with a spacious sink, a tub, and a shower. The upstairs second bathroom, located near the kitchen, bunk room, and third queen bedroom, also features a tub for added comfort. Lastly, the third full bathroom is an ensuite to the final queen bedroom and includes a walk-in shower. Whether you`re getting ready for the day or unwinding after an adventure, these well-equipped bathrooms provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.

For the ultimate unwinding, slip into the inviting hot tub, which comfortably accommodates up to six guests at a time, making every moment truly special.

☆☆COMMUNITY AMENITIES☆☆
The Community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There`s an indoor heated pool (open year round, except Tuesday) plus an outdoor pool for your use (closed at Labor Day and opens on Memorial day). The community center is open daily and includes a bar & grill, indoor game room at the community center, playground, volleyball court and tennis court. You can rent a boat or bring your own and go fishing. There`s a $15 boat registration fee for your own boat and there are no gas motors allowed, electric only. All fishing in PA requires a fishing license which costs about $30 and is easily attained by visiting the PA Fish & Boat Commission website. There are plenty of bass and other fish. Catch and release only.

While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.

⚠️ If you are to purchase amenity passes, kindly note that the indoor pool will be temporarily closed from July 14th through July 31st, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance. However, all other community amenities—including the outdoor pool —will remain fully accessible during your stay.

✔ This property can host a maximum of 12 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

✔ For the safety and privacy of everyone, guests are strictly prohibited from entering neighboring properties—including their yards, docks, and driveways—at any time. Please do not use or access any watercraft or equipment that does not belong to our property. Unauthorized use of neighboring property may be considered trespassing and could result in fines or immediate termination of your stay.

✔ Setting off any fireworks is strictly prohibited and illegal

✔ No smoking of any kind indoors. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $500 fine plus any extra cleaning costs.

✔ Please be aware that the local community may issue a burn ban at any time. During a ban, all open flames—including campfires, fire pits, and any form of outdoor burning—are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from local authorities and immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the area safe.

✔ Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing so we can request the appropriate fees.

✔ Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔ Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔ You are welcome to use the lake at your own risk. Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision. Please note that while you have access to the lake, there is no dock.

✔ Please do not move any furniture during your stay. Moving furniture can cause scratches on the new floors and may lead to damage if placed on or too close to baseboard heaters.

✔ Driveway parking for up to 7 vehicles.

✔ Optional community amenities passes are available for purchase at the community office for an additional charge. Children 2 years old and under are free. Fees are as follows:
