Charming and highly updated 1 Bedroom + Den, 2 bathroom Condo. Sleeps up to 4, conveniently located near Canyon Lodge & The Village!

Crestview #3 is a charming, single level, 1-bedroom plus den condominium with 2 full bathrooms. Conveniently located between Canyon Lodge and the Village Gondola, this unit has a full kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all dish and cookware you could need. The living room has an attached private outdoor patio, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), Smart Samsung flat screen TV with soundbar, Playstation 4 along with free cable TV and Free Password Protected Wifi.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with an attached master bath en-suite, with a shower/tub combo. The den off of the kitchen includes a Bunk Bed ( XL Twin over XL Twin ) and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus a full shared bathroom (shower only).

There is one flight of stairs from the parking garage to reach this unit and it is all one level inside.

Crestview condominiums offers a cozy rec room with fireplace, pool table and community BBQ (summer only), 2 outdoor Jacuzzi and Sauna and a great forest/backyard for the kidsto play in the snow.

Two parking passes with unit. One is an assigned space in parking garage C space #3, the other is first-come first-serve in unmarked spaces in the garage and outside of garage C.

The only complaint I have is that when we got there, the parking lot was blocked off due to construction, and all of the spots on the road except the places that were marked "No Parking" were taken. They were re-doing the parking lot. When I called the after-hours support, they put me in touch with a male property manager who basically offered no support, no refund, no anything and was basically has a "what are you going to do about it" attitude toward me.

In 2026, the Oepkes family joined Megan as partners in Mammoth Five Star Lodging, bringing years of hospitality experience serving guests throughout the Eastern Sierra. Originally from Carlsbad, California, the Oepkes family has been vacationing in Mammoth Lakes for more than 50 years, spanning three generations. In addition to their extensive hospitality experience in the Eastern Sierra, the family has successfully managed hospitality operations in both Hawaii and Texas. In Hawaii, they provided full-service short-term vacation rental management for a portfolio of 25 properties, overseeing every aspect of the guest and homeowner experience.
