The Space:
This villa is perfect for families, groups of friends, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, romantic getaways and more.

The Accommodation
This is one of the few houses with modern Mexican architecture in El Pedregal. We love the white color and the use of natural materials such as marble, granite, wood and the chukum of our pool. At Casa Pueblo you will feel the warmth of its architecture, decoration and design.

At night you can enjoy the jacuzzi with hot water jets next to the pool, music that you can control from your cell phone coming from the outdoor speakers, a sky full of stars and live an unforgettable experience with your family and/or friends.
In the outdoor grill area you will find a refrigerator and freezer so you have everything you need at hand to continue having fun.

Enjoy the Sonos sound system compatible with iOS and Android, and throughout the house you will find high-speed Internet.
The water that comes out of the kitchen faucet and the faucet in the BBQ area is purified.

Guest access
You can use the entire Villa, we have parking spaces designated for the Villa.
Walking just a few steps you will reach the center of Cabo San Lucas, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and the Cabo San Lucas Marina.

If you need a taxi, just ask for it at the security booth.

Other highlights
We know how important it is for you to decorate your house if you are celebrating a birthday, bachelor party, bachelorette party or other.

If you are going to stick balloons, banners and other things, you have to use special painter's masking tape (usually blue), so that the paint on the walls is not affected when it comes off, as well as so that it does not damage furniture and aluminum.

We have a penalty of $300 US Dollars if you left the decoration set up once you left the house and also if the paint on the walls, any furniture or aluminum is affected by the decoration and removing the glue that was used has affected them.

It is a luxury gated community with 24/7 security, right next to the Marina and Downtown Cabo San Lucas.

HOW TO MOVE
We recommend using private transportation to go to or from the airport, we can help you book it or if you need it we can also book rental cars for you.
You can request a taxi through the security guards or you can request Uber through your app, Uber only provides service within the City.

You can park your cars in front of the house, in the assigned spaces.
