Welcome to The Howling Buck Lodge; a family friendly retreat that offers fun and memories for all ages, centrally located to all the coveted Hocking Hills attractions. The detached heated and cooled game room is perfect for rainy days and keeping kids entertained. A large open kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space for family meals, and two first floor bedrooms; one with an on-suite bath and walk in shower are great for those who can not do stairs.

Beautiful home with a great getaway location. Our family enjoyed everything about the home and the communication with the host was very easy. I would highly recommend this location especially if you have a large group.

The view was amazing while sitting at the campfire and the play barn kept the kids busy and active the whole weekend. The kitchen island and table provides lots of space to eat. The beds and sheets and pillows are very comfortable and we all said it was like a hotel. We really enjoyed this place.

Great Family vacation spot

This home had so much to offer for mixed ages.All the activities and games was perfect for our family. Over the last 25 years we’ve rented vacation houses, this has to be the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had.Sarah did a great job with communication and getting things we needed. Would definitely rent this property again.The only tricky part was the stairs getting up to the second level.

Can’t say enough about the two owners of the rental. Through some payment hiccups, they were very flexible and communicative; two awesome people.The rental itself was perfect for our trip, very clean and a beautiful place to stay!

Great Weekend Getaway!

My fiance and his friends stayed for the weekend and they loved it! It was a rainy weekend so the game room/sports barn was absolutely perfect. Sarah and her husband were so easy to communicate with. We've already discussed planning a family weekend trip there!

Great location and setting. Loved the barn for games. Great decor and use of materials. Poor execution of the materials and construction. Trip hazards, very steep stairs, trash containers full, hot tub was very dirty. Raw sewage smell in the yard.

Perfect for our Family, something for everyone!

The home was beautiful, had plenty of seating for our whole family, and i loved how nicely equipped the kitchen was to cook for 8. The game barn with pickleball was icing on the cake and the kids cant wait to come back!

Awesome!!

The property is phenomenal. The house is gorgeous and well-appointed, you have everything you could need plus many things you didn't know you did! Clean is an understatement and it's very inviting. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living spaces & kitchen are awesome! So many great details and the outside spaces are wonderful too. The pond was fun fishing and the sports barn is ridiculously fun! I can't possibly list everything, but the best compliment is that no one wanted to leave! Thanks for a great stay!!
