This spacious three-story home offers a comfortable and well-designed layout, perfect for families or groups:

Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.

PET POLICY
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
We usually allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.).
No vicious breeds are permitted.
A $50+ tax pet fee applies.

EXTRAS
Extra Pack n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 + tax per amenity.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
