Well furnished, quiet and centrally located In a hotel we could hardly have bridged the two weeks with a lot of rain so well! If we travel again to this region, then to this apartment! Thanks to our hosts!

At the end of the Romantic Road

We were looking for a quiet week after driving down the Romantische Straße. And this was perfect. A lovely apartment and very helpful and friendly hosts. Lots to do and of course the castles. Even had a swim in a lake - Schwansee. I’m surprised more British tourists don’t come to this perfect location .

Beautiful Apartment - Perfect Location

We stayed here for 10 days with our toddler and 4 month old baby and really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and spacious with beautiful views. The location was very convenient, close to the lake and children’s playground, walking/biking trails and a pedestrian path that takes you straight into the downtown area. Neuschwanstein castle is also just a short 10 minute drive. Franz is a delightful host and was very welcoming and easy to communicate with - would definitely stay again!

Wonderful top floor apartment in great location

We stayed for one week in this lovely apartment. The place was super clean in a great location (walk to historic town center in 15min) with all amenities needed available. The space was great for our family of three and would have also worked for a family with two children. A playground and the lake are right around the corner. Mrs and Mr Demmler were wonderful hosts and very attentive and helpful in giving tips on what to do in the area. We absolutely recommend, give top ratings, and would return any time.

Perfectly cozy

The apartment was so cozy, warm and comfortable, we loved it. We stayed over Christmas and they had decorated the apartment. It was just as shown in pictures; it feels quite spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern and had spots for everything. There were beautiful views. Great neighborhood, very quiet at night, easily walkable to the town center. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Franz greeted us on arrival and was very kind and had great recommendations. It was a great experience, we would love to go back.

Lovely apartment in Fussen

Lovely top floor apartment in Fussen area. Franz was very helpful and a great host. Highly recommend this apartment. I just wish we were there longer and in the warmer weather. Be aware the washer and dryer are not in the apartment, but Sonja and Franz will take care of laundry for you for a fee. The location is an easy walk into town, takes 15 min or so. Fussen is a lovely town to visit and a good base for visiting Neuschawnstein Castle. (The tour of the castle leaves something to be desired. The Kristall Therme was great to soak and view the castle.

Angekommen und sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt! Ein nettes und hilfsbereites/aufmerksames Vermieter-Ehepaar. Eine wunderschöne Dachgeschoss-Fewo mit Blick auf die Berge und einem seitlichen Blick auf das Schloss Neuschwanstein. Der Forggensee in wenigen Schritten erreichbar und die Altstadt ebenso. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und eine ausfĂŒhrliche und hilfreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung gegeben.Die Lage ist perfekt fĂŒr Unternehmungen: FĂŒssen, die Kristalltherme und der Forggensee sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gemĂŒtlichen Betten und das tolle Bad mit einer riesigen Duschkabine – ein echter Komfortgewinn!Obwohl es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, wirkt sie durch die hohe Holzdecke sehr gerĂ€umig und keineswegs eingeengt. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr vier Personen.Als einziger, kleiner Punkt ist uns das Fehlen einer Mikrowelle zum schnellen AufwĂ€rmen von Speisen aufgefallen.Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub in FĂŒssen!

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche zu Viert in dieser tollen Wohnung mit vollstem WohlfĂŒhlfaktor. Diese Ferienwohnung ist super sauber, sehr gerĂ€umig und durch die hohen Decke mit den offenen Dachbalken wirkt sie noch grĂ¶ĂŸer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Herr und Frau Demmler haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren auch fĂŒr Fragen und gute Tipps fĂŒr uns da. Wunderschön gelegene top gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal. Sie ist modern und gepflegt eingerichtet, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar, interessiert und hatte Tipps fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten usw. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die FĂŒssener Altstadt ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu entdecken.

Eine Fewo wie man sich das wĂŒnscht.

Die Ferienwohnung im Haus der Familie Demmler lĂ€sst so gut wie keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, so daß man sich sofort wie zu Hause fĂŒhlt. Meine Frau und ich sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns wĂ€hrend des gesamten Aufenthalts im Hause Demmler sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles in allem eine Wohnung welche 5 Sterne zu Recht erhaltet hat.

Familienurlaub im AllgÀu

Die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist perfekt um das Auto stehen zu lassen und vieles per Fuß, Fahrrad oder Öffis zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Demmler war sehr freundlich. Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage sehr genossen und die FW ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

WohlfĂŒhl-Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage

Sehr schöne, gemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung mit viel Komfort, so dass man sich direkt wie zu Hause fĂŒhlt. Der traumhafte Forggensee ist von da aus fußlĂ€ufig schnell zu erreichen, und auch die schöne Altstadt von FĂŒssen ist nur ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Super Blick auf die Berge, von der Straße aus sieht man Schloß Neuschwanstein. Vielen Dank auch fĂŒr Ihre liebevolle Gastfreundlichkeit.

Frei nach Matthias Claudius: Wenn jemand eine Reise tut,....

ist er ein GlĂŒckspilz, wenn er dieses Urlaubsdomizil gefunden hat. Die Wohnung, ihre Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die ruhige und zentrale Lage machten unseren Fahrradurlaub zu einem Highlight. Demmlers sind empathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, denen das Wohl ihrer GĂ€ste sehr am Herzen liegt. Die FahrrĂ€der konnten sicher und trocken in der Garage untergestellt und geladen werden. Wir bedanken uns nochmals fĂŒr die schöne Zeit. Es war alles perfekt.
