Set on over an acre of land, this home offers three king bedrooms, a large bunkroom (sleeps 8), a poker/game room, and a fully equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, large range, and prep island. Enjoy outdoor fun with a firepit, cornhole, pickleball net, and more. Minutes from Tulsa's top attractions, ideal for exploring or relaxing. No large parties or unapproved guests. Strict no-pet policy.

Sleeping Accommodations:
Three King Bedrooms
Rest your boots in comfort in one of our three king-size bedrooms, each thoughtfully outfitted with cozy, western-inspired décor. These rooms offer the perfect escape with plush bedding and plenty of space for relaxation.

Bunkroom (Sleeps 8-9)
The large bunkroom is ideal for younger cowhands or groups looking to have fun together. Featuring 3 sets of twin bunkbeds, 2 rollaway twin beds that can be placed in this room or anywhere you need additional sleeping, and a sofa that converts into additional sleeping space, this room also has plenty of space to gather and enjoy games, watch TV, or play foosball.

Poker/Game Room
Test your luck and show off your poker face in our dedicated game room. Featuring a top-of-the-line poker table with seating for six, plus a variety of games and puzzles, this room is perfect for some friendly competition.

Glamour Suite
Ladies (and gents, too!), get ready to dazzle in our Glamour Suite. Ideal for bridal parties or groups prepping for a special event, this suite is the perfect space to get dolled up for your big day or a fun night out on the town. Complete with glam stations/dressing rooms, comfortable furniture, TV, and more.

Dining Areas
Enjoy meals together in our formal dining area, or gather around the kitchen bar for a more casual experience. There’s also additional seating at a table in the kitchen, so there’s plenty of room for group meals and entertaining.

Bring out your competitive spirit with a game of pickleball! The net can be set up in the driveway, so you’re always ready for a match.
Ping pong table is also located in the garage!

Parking can accommodate large trailer parking and multiple cars and trucks.

Additional Information:
Please note that all bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with 2 half bathrooms downstairs for convenience.

No Large gatherings or Unapproved Events
Large gatherings, weddings, or events exceeding the property’s capacity are explicitly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in reservation cancellation, extra fees, and immediate eviction. Small gatherings (such as family reunions or birthdays) may be allowed with prior approval, and additional deposits may apply. Special arrangements must be made for events involving outside vendors, extra people, or equipment.

Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors
As this is a residential area, we kindly ask guests to respect our wonderful neighbors. Please refrain from excessive noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Strict No-Pet Policy
Due to allergies, we enforce a strict no-pet policy at this time. This includes all pets, no exceptions.
