Very nice location. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was simple and well thought out. Hot tub was nice, and so was the deck. View is sort of blocked during the season. The grill is also not the best so use the oven. Still very enjoyable. Thanks folks.

There were bugs all over the ceiling upon arrival. My husband had to use a broom to sweep them off. They sent out an exterminator. There were more bugs the following days. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work at all. The upstairs bathroom also leaked into the downstairs bathroom directly below. The property manager got someone out there to check it out, and it wasn’t a problem that could be fixed while we were there. They did do well to get someone out there quickly. The location was perfect. The hot tub was great. We washed a load of laundry before leaving, but the dryer didn’t have any heat at all. We had to start the “drying cycle” over at least ten times to finally have our clothes dry enough to pack up and leave. They requested that dishes be washed before leaving, but there wasn’t any soap to clean them with. Luckily, we used to go boxes and plastic utensils for the most part. Had no way of cleaning the couple of things we did use. The cabin itself was great for our family. But there’s plenty that needs to be tended to inside.

The best part about the stay was the location, we were in town for an event at Dollywood and the cabin location was perfect. We appreciated the early arrival option, however, by the time we got to town, it was not as exciting as if we had known earlier. We did have to prove that we had a late check out already approved the night before (and reconfirmed the next morning) which caused some undo stress. Now about the cabin, well the cabin was as pictured and expected. However, the cabin had a lot of spider webs and was very dusty. The ceiling fans were especially dirty. The refrigerator and dishwasher were both extremely loud and noisy. The outlets in the kitchen were tripped and the outlets in the living room would not keep a plug in the outlet making it impossible to charge phones or anything. Also the hair dryer kept turning itself off/ then back on. The living room could also use some lamps, the only light is the overhead fireplace which interferes with the tv and the ceiling fan. Also the upstairs bed leave a lot to be desired, they seem very worn and beyond use. The outside patio is so covered in pollen and some wood shavings, it was unusable. Some TLC will return this cabin to an amazing vacation property, but as is, it leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the premium price. Finally the parking is really tricky with no place to turn around.

This cabin was very misleading by the photos. These pictures are not up to date. When we arriveed and walked into the cabin up stairs it was smaller than expected. We noticed there a very bad smell of urine coming from the bathroom. There were hard water stains on the shower heads and the beds slept horrible! My husband had dropped something and we noticed trash and someone's left over sock underneath the bed. The kitchen sprayer was broken. The pull out bed was broken with stains. The downstairs shower curtain feel on my daughter's head as she tried to close the curtain. The shower downstairs wasn't draining properly. There were broken outlet covers and paint missing on the walls and to top it off the hot tub smelled like sewage and very foggy like it hadn't been cleaned as well... We tried to text the number it gave us for someone to come and take care of the problems because, we didn't have good service but, NOresponse! We left a day early from our trip because, we couldn't handle another night so, we packed up and did out check out along with an email letting them know how upset we were with our stay and they proceeded to email me back the following day saying they were sorry about the stay if we would have got in touch with them they would have took care of it and we would get a coupon/discount for our next visit, not a reimbursement for the night we didn't stay or anything! We come to Tennessee at least once a year if not twice and I have NEVER been mislead like this!
