The place was perfect for our family and kids it was very easy to communicate with the renters if needed. We felt very welcome and comfortable being there. We had no issues with anything, everything inside worked properly and was just a very relaxing time. Made our vacation more enjoyable!!

Elevators- need more of them, took forever! Pools are freezing- I understand it is normally hot, but they were ridiculously cold. I couldn’t enjoy being in there with my kids. My 2 years old was shivering.

This was our first time staying at Splash Beach Resort, and we would definitely consider staying here again! The property has so much to offer, especially for families with young children. Our child absolutely loved the splash waterpark, lazy river, and pools. Even during a busy holiday weekend, there were still plenty of lounge chairs available and space to relax.The beachfront location was absolutely beautiful and just steps from the sand. We also loved the convenience of having an on-site bar and restaurant in the pool area, along with a coffee shop and ice cream shop. The smart vending machines were an added bonus as well.The property itself was well-maintained, updated, and overall very clean. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming.There were just a couple of things that could have been better. The couches in our unit had multiple stains, which made me feel like the unit may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as I expected. That said, the rest of the unit and the property were clean and well-kept.We also had some difficulty reaching RealJoy by phone. The automated message would repeat itself when we selected either of the available options, making it impossible to speak with someone directly. However, after texting the host, we received a response within a few hours and our minor issue was resolved.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience at Splash Beach Resort. Would recommend!

All in all it was a nice condo. Suggestions would be a dark blind or curtain for extra bedroom since the outside light stays on all night. Needed more wash cloths and trash bags were terrible.

The window in second bedroom NEEDS CURTAINS! It not only is extremely lit from outside light, but not private at all? We put a blanket up-really needs attention! Beside that beds are wonderful, rooms are great, really enjoyed our stay.NEED TO STRESS ON EMAILS ABOUT NO CHECKING IN BEFORE 4:00 WITH URGENT URGENT NOTE THAT REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5:00!!! NO ONE WAS VISIBLE TO GREET US, GIVE PARKING PASS OR ANY- I MEAN ANY INFORMATION! LIKE DIRECTIONS TO OUR ROOM! Not very professional in my opinion.

The room itself was generally as described, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this property.The room was not clean when we arrived, and several appliances were not working properly. While those issues were frustrating, they were nothing compared to the elevator situation. The elevators were an absolute nightmare. They were constantly breaking down, out of service, or overcrowded, resulting in extremely long wait times every single day. At times, it felt like we spent more time waiting on an elevator than actually getting where we needed to go. For a property of this size, this is completely unacceptable.The overall condition of the building was disappointing. Common areas were dirty, trash was frequently left around the property, and the entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. There seemed to be little effort made to keep the property clean or presentable.Customer service was equally disappointing. Staff members were difficult to find, and when we did manage to locate someone, they were generally unhelpful and offered little assistance with concerns or questions. There was a clear lack of communication and accountability.We understand that busy vacation properties can experience occasional issues, but the problems here were constant throughout our stay. Cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service all fell well below expectations. For all of these reasons, we will never return here to stay at this room or any room at this resort.

We also have not received similar reports from any other recent guests. We do wish we had the opportunity to assist during your stay. As the property manager and your booking host, our team is available to address concerns such as cleanliness or maintenance, but we did not receive any calls, messages, or responses to our post-arrival check-in asking if everything was meeting your expectations. The resort's on-site staff manages the elevators and common areas. We understand the elevator delays were frustrating and will share your feedback regarding the building's cleanliness and elevator reliability with resort management.
