Twenty seven beds allow you to sleep up 30+ people with endless activities for all. The backyard has something for everyone: a luxury walk-in swimming pool with Baja shelf, massive seating areas, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven, fire pit and hot tub. Outdoor amenities include Pickle Ball court, Volleyball court, Bocce Ball court, Cornhole, Frisbee golf and much more. The indoor gameroom has pool table, air hockey, ping pong, dual shot basketball, darts and more. Parking for up to 30 cars and RVs are welcome.

Additional rules

* This home has a maximum overnight occupancy of 30 people.
* Request add'l information for hosting parties or events larger than 30 people.
* Add'l guest fees beyond 16 people are $35/guest/day
* Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times.
* Guests must comply with local noise ordinance.
* Quiet hours in local ordinance are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
* Pets allowed by request or direct booking ($100 pet fee per pet).
* Propane tanks are available for use and can be filled at the gas station at the bottom of the hill as needed
* There may be wildlife or bugs on site, but mostly bunnies ;)
* No Confetti Policy -- confetti does damage to pool, plumbing, property, equipment. $200 fee will be charged for confetti found after check-out. Thank you.

POOL HEATING:
June 1st - Sep 1st - $250/day
Sep 1st - June 1st - $450/day

* Pool Heating requires 2 day minimum use.
* 72 hour preheat notice required.
* Winter pool heating is weather dependent as evenings can reach freezing temperatures.
