We curated the space thinking in the comfort of our guests and strived to provide a restful yet fun experience. Minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Just 3 miles from Pigeon forge and 10 miles from Gatlinburg.

This home is fully equipped for endless fun, featuring a pool table, foosball and variety of board and card games. Space created for cinema has a "65" TV. With activities and entertainment for all ages, everyone is sure to have a great time.

To help minimize the supplies you need to bring for your trip, we provide everything you'll need, including:
-2 rolls of paper towels
-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
-Dish soap
-Trash bags
-Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- first aid kit

Linens
We provide linens for all beds, along with bath towels and washcloths.

Additional Rules-

The property has a maximum occupancy of 12 people, including babies and children. Any guests exceeding this limit will result in a modification of your booking and an additional charge of $25 per person per night. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow these house rules:

-No Parties are allowed. Hosting a party will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
-No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin, (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other substances.
-Smoking inside the cabin will result in a $200 fee.
-Do not move furniture or decor.
- Respect the neighbors and local wildlife.
-Weather and Utility Interruptions
- Our cabin is located in the mountains, where weather conditions can sometimes affect utilities.
- During heavy rain, strong winds, or snow, electricity and internet services may experience temporary
interruptions.
- The cabins water supply comes from a well, which means that if there is no electricity, there is no
water.
- In most cases, services are restored within an hour, but we cannot guarantee restoration times.
- A fire extinguisher is available for emergency use __ please familiarize yourself with its location.

• Refunds cannot be provided due to weather-related service interruptions beyond our control.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked cleanig closets.

Please note that our property is nestled in a beautiful, natural setting, and it's common to see wildlife such as bears, raccoons, and various other animals.
While these creatures are generally peaceful and unobtrusive, we encourage you to take extra caution and observe from a safe distance. For your safety and the protection of the animals, please do not approach or feed any wildlife you encounter. Always store food securely and keep rash property. Enjoy the beauty of nature but be mindful of the wildlife that calls this area home. Please use our bears-proof trash enclosures to help keep bears from accessing the trash and discourage them from approaching the property.

Fire pit: Firewood is not provided.
BBQ: We do not provide charcoal or wood. After using the grill, please remove the ash and deposit in bucket provided.
