Nice sized house for (5) people, but cleanliness was an issue; particularly with the floor and with dust on the ceiling. No garage door opener for the garage either. Bed frames in the bedroom with the two beds were not very sturdy for two people. A/C worked fine and so did all of the kitchen appliances. Pictures on the website were accurate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the home was a comfortable size for your group and that the A/C, kitchen appliances, and listing photos met your expectations. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and bed frames did not meet our usual standards. These concerns have been addressed with our cleaning and maintenance teams for proper inspection and correction. Regarding the garage, the home does not provide a separate garage door remote because access is available through the garage keypad. The keypad code is included in the check-in instructions provided to guests. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

This home worked well for our family as we needed a bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower. After that I was a little disappointed. The location was OK. Not real close to shopping. The kitchen was not stocked with basics like salt, pepper, oil. Theses are things I've become used to in other vrbos. They also have very little paper supplies. We stayed for 6 days and had to buy TP and paper towels. It was like they made a point of leaving no supplies. only 3 trash bags, 3 pods for dishwasher, no extra trash bags for the bathrooms. The price we paid was more than sufficient to supply these basic items. This property is more basic than listed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that home were a good fit for your family and helped make your stay more comfortable. We appreciate your comments regarding the supplies and always welcome opportunities to improve our guest experience. Our listing provides details on the starter supplies included with each stay, and additional toilet paper was available under the bathroom sinks. Since we did not receive any messages during your visit about needing additional items, we weren’t aware of any concerns. If you had reached out, our team would have been happy to assist and help ensure you had what you needed. Regarding kitchen items such as salt, pepper, oil, and other cooking essentials, we do not provide these across our homes. This is to maintain consistency between properties and for safety and cleanliness reasons, as these items can vary in condition, expiration, and guest usage. We understand that some guests may be accustomed to having these available, and we appreciate the feedback as we continue to set clear expectations and provide a comfortable experience for everyone. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your thoughts. We truly value your feedback and will continue working to provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay for all of our guests.
