Wonderful, well equipped, clean & perfect beautiful beach unit!! Host very welcoming & communication was instant when we needed a request. Onsite pool on beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, provided! Loved sitting on back patio with table, chairs, lounge chairs & had handsome Fred the local Heron visit us! Definitely will be back!

Short Term Stay

I was on Longboat for a short stay to work on some hurricane damage on our condo. This place worked out fine and was nicely located.

Spring vacation

The stay was wonderful, beautiful scenery right on the beach. Friendly neighbors/other guests. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and wild life each day. Especially the blue heron that visited each morning and evening that we named Fred. We will be back for another stay soon!

Beautiful Beachfront Access!!

Loved this charming condo and I would absolutely stay here again! It was exactly as described in the listing. The condo was very nice and clean with great amenities. The communication with the Property Manager/Owner, Roman, was excellent and the check-in and check-out procedure was easy. This VRBO is a perfect place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Great location, well provisioned, very clean

Very clean, well provisioned apt, extremely comfortable for 1 person. Bed was comfortable, bedroom was quiet and dark. Great communication from rental manager. Great location in a part of Longboat without many rentals.

This cute little condo was just as advertised. The complex is small. It was right on the beach with a beautiful view the beach was amazing. This unit had a comfortable bed and was clean. They have lounge chairs for you to use, pool noodles, boogie boards for the beach. Check in process was simple also easy checkout. I definitely will be back with my husband. I went with my high school friend and we had a blast just decompressing for a couple days. Being on the beach is just what we needed. She is from Tampa and stays at the property next-door and loves it. She said they will def stay here also next time they come. The location is great because it’s not as crowded or touristy as AMI and that is what we like. Picture of the sunset taken right off the patio! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven.

Didn't stay at the bait and switch property

I showed up and it was a complete different room then what was displayed in the listing I paid for. I booked a one room and was given a studio with a dirty interior and a murphy bed with a mystery stain. I instantly called the host and was informed someone must have put the wrong info on the listing. So im to believe someone put the wrong info on every part of the listing and took 12 pictures of a completely different room? They said there was no available rooms to switch to and to just basically deal with it. I spoke to three people involved in the listing each less helpful then the last. I informed them i wouldn't be staying in this bait and switch room and left. I had hoped VRBO could handle the issue and at least provide me with a refund. After two weeks of waiting i was informed there was nothing they could do. So they are accessories to fraud. I do not recommend staying at this location or using this service. You can see the pictures from the listing vs the actual room they tried to give me.

Easy laid back vibe. The best feature of this condo is the private patio with beach view! That’s where we spent most of our time. The beach with aqua blue water is steps away and lounge chairs are provided. The bed was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Easy check in and out and the communication was great.

The outdoor amenities were good and as stated. What wasn't stated was one has to be a Lilliputian with dollar store taste to enjoy the interior. The only upholstered piece of furniture was a small, low to the ground futon. It sits three feet from the TV screen. There are no pieces of furniture on which to set anything from a suitcase and no place to put the suitcase. The kitchen stove serves as a makeup counter because the mirror is in the kitchen. There is no counter or shelf in the very small bath.
