Completed with 3 bedrooms each w/ a private bathroom. Separate bonus room with 4 twin beds makes this a great place for you and your friends and family to gather. Between the ideal open concept kitchen, living, and dinner room as well as the large deck there is more than enough space for everyone. Outdoors enjoy the Blackstone, grill, seating area w/ fire pits, 12 person table, and hot tub all surrounded by beautiful trees and amazing views. This home is only 25 minutes from the South Gate of Yosemite!!!
Our place has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay! Complete with so many beautiful amenities surrounded by beautiful scenery. The House has:
• Hot tub (fits 7, but 4 comfortably)
• Blackstone Griddle
• Grill
• Game room!
• Custom patio furniture for lounging!
• 12-Person outdoor dinning table!
• Two large deck/balconies
• Full kitchen
• Beds for 12 people in 4 bedrooms
• Private bathrooms for 3 of the 4 bedrooms
• Two smart TVs
• High Speed Internet with plenty of bandwidth for all devices
• AC/Central Heat/Two cozy fire place heaters
• Parking for several cars including a large 2-car garage

The location is perfect, right on Pierce Lake and the property having over an acre. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake (large pond) and the amazing tree fill mountainous landscape and plenty of wildlife. Our location is:
• Only 25 minutes from Yosemite National Park’s south gate entrance
• 20 minutes from Bass Lake
• 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and grocery stores in Oakhurst
The weather in Oakhurst is slightly warmer than Yosemite. It can get colder in the winter (typically 40-60 degrees F) so there isn’t typically snow but a light dusting can happen overnight and is gone by the next day. This makes accessibility very easy to the property. Yosemite can get more snow and there is a snow play area (Goat Meadow Snow Play Area) 25 minutes from the house.
