The remaining 4th bedroom is located on the second floor near the master suite. This bedroom has an open design with 2 queen beds, a walk in closet, a wrap around deck and access to a private putting green.

An external staircase brings you to the rooftop terrace where you will be greeted by a sprawling 2,000-square-foot entertainment space with sweeping 360-degree views of the surrounding waters.
