Your fun-for-the-whole family vacation, lakeside retreat with friends or remote working paradise with 180 degree views of the lake awaits. This three bedroom, three bathroom lakefront home is outfitted with everything you’ll need to cook and entertain, play on 1,200-acre Lake Mascoma, or lounge for hours with coffee on the screened in porch. Two kayaks, a paddleboard and canoe are always here and free to use. Grill and central air-conditioning.

Everything was great, absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy & clean! It was awesome to be right on the lake. We lucked out with the weather with a little fun skating before the snowstorm. - Tim and Leah were wonderful hosts, responding promptly to our initial questions as we settled in. - Excellent place to stay!!!

The home has beautiful views, and the windows facing the lake allow such gorgeous light to enter the living room. We were able to sit at a table and work on a puzzle. Fortunately, chairs at the counter gave us another place to eat and talk. There is a screened-in porch for reading and drinking coffee. I recommend the property!

Tim and Leah's cottage was perfect for our families getaway to Lake Mascoma. Beautiful lake, easy access for our kayaks, and our grandsons playing in the water. Kitchen was well equipped, loved the screened porch, bedrooms all comfortable, playroom was fun for our grandsons. Overall just a wonderful week of family time.

Fantastic Lake House

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake! The house is updated and well appointed, and seems like it was recently renovated. Excellent views and access to the lake. We really loved this home and will be back to stay again!

My family spent a wonderful week at the cottage on Mascoma Lake. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the new dock. Tim and Leah go above and beyond and are very responsive hosts.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home! The views of the lake were mesmerizing and we thoroughly enjoyed the screened porch! The home itself was beautifully decorated and had all you need to have a perfect getaway. We traveled to surrounding areas for some hiking too!

Our hosts were wonderful. Very attentive. The rental was beautiful and well cared for. The property is right on the lake and we enjoyed relaxing by the water so much. We would highly recommend the hosts and their property to others. Our week went by so fast, and we were grateful that we got to spend it there

This is a beautiful lake house and it is super clean and the space is lovely and inviting. Lots to do in Hanover and surrounding Vermont towns - would absolutely stay with this host again!

Mascoma Lakehouse

Beautiful location, easy to get to. Gorgeous main floor with open floor plan and loads of nice design touches. Bedrooms are great. There's a nice little space adjacent to the LR with childrens books, games and toys, which kept our 18 month grandson busy. We skiied Mt Sunapee only 30 min away. highly recommend

A beautiful house on a pretty lake

The house was lovely and suited our families needs perfectly. Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed the comfy living room seating and the on-suite bathroom while their grandson loved the well appointed playroom and its fun toys and books. a great stay for the whole family.

Beautiful Winter View

We found this place to be absolutely beautiful with a great view of lake. The home was very clean and spacious. The host stocked the bathrooms and kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The office/play room had plenty of toy’s for our grand son.The use of the pellet stove made very cozy. We look forward to another visit.
