The condominium has 3 different pools which you can use. It is located in the hotel zone, walking distance from a nice public beach. We offer a secure parking place but also if you dont have a car you can take the bus through the hotel zona which you can take right on the main boulevard.

Your stay includes cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we'll be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule it accordingly.

We inform you that, at the moment, the jacuzzi is out of service, we appreciate your understanding.

- The reservation is only for registered guests; no visits, extra guests, or pets are allowed.

- Please refrain from smoking or consuming illegal substances inside the property.

- The use of speakers is only allowed within the property during the day at a moderate volume with doors and windows closed.

- Please do not use towels to remove makeup or sunscreen.

- Toilets in the area cannot handle paper inside the bowl. Additionally, to protect the environment, please do not dispose of any objects as they may cause blockages and pollution.

- Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is not allowed.

- Dispose of trash properly; if unsure, please ask us for guidance.

- Respect speed limits when reaching the property.

- Swimwear is mandatory for pool use. The pool hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.

- Bringing food, glass containers, cigarettes, or balloons to the pool area is not allowed.

- For each rule violation, the condominium or neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD in penalties or involve the police for eviction due to misconduct.

- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 25kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. Responsible usage should not exceed this limit.

-You have complete privacy in the property; however, if any unforeseen circumstances arise where access is necessary (flooding, leaks, fire, etc.), we will inform you in advance.
