Le condominium est situé sur la plage, et de la maison, vous avez une vue partielle sur la mer des Caraïbes. Vous êtes à environ 5 à 10 minutes de la zone principale tels que les centres commerciaux, restaurants et divertissements dans la zone de l'hôtel, ou du centre-ville en bus ou en taxi.
À l'intérieur de la résidence, vous profiterez d'un décor élégant, d'un mobilier confortable, de jolies chambres dans les suites et d'aménagements de haute qualité pour faire de vos vacances une escapade parfaite.

Beach was filthy and never raked.Our garden view was the tennis court, not ocean/beach as the picture in the listing states.There was no dishwasher.There was only a tiny bar sink for washing dishes, jammed in the corner of the kitchen.No kitchen towels, only bathroom hand towels for drying anything.TVs didn't work with the remotes that were placed in each room. The owner gave us a hard time about our requests to have it corrected.No one met us at check-in as he stated they would.The door was unlocked and ajar when we arrived.We had to have maintenance come over to show us how to light the oven because the auto lighting did not work.The light above the oven was not working. The light switches were very confusing. Labeling what they turn on could be helpful.The listing said the unit was fully renovated. This unit has not been fully renovated but his other listing has been.The pool area had broken chairs, was not clean or welcoming.

We are sorry to read a review so far from reality. With over 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 guest reviews highlighting our service and personal attention, we would like to clarify a few points. The beach is public and was affected by tropical storms during the stay, which temporarily impacted its condition. A dishwasher is not listed as an amenity due to local water conditions. Kitchen towels were provided, and all TVs were fully operational once the remotes, mixed between rooms,were correctly identified by maintenance. Check-in is remote and clearly explained in advance. The oven issue was resolved the same day with maintenance assistance. We refer future guests to our extensive review history, which accurately reflects the quality and service we consistently provide.

Good for big families

Great place lots of room. Everything is clean. Close to everything in cancun. Also an hour away from playa del carmen. Using uber to get around works great. Within walking distance to a cruise to the isle of mujeres as well.

The property was even better than the pictures. It comfortable slept our group. It was super safe.

Our experience could not have been better. The host clearly communicated the location and helped with transportation and anything we needed while we were there. The location was convenient to the beach, bus stops, and local fun. The best part about the location was how safe and secure it was. It was gated and only guests could enter. The house perfect and staying here is amazing.

Great family vacation

The Macarena is a great place to stay if you don’t want to do an all-inclusive. It is close to the bus lines and shopping. The cleaning staff are wonderful and helped us with minor maintenance problems. We could have used more drinking water as we are a large group. I would recommend it to fellow travellers.

Clean and close to everything

The house is very clean and nice. The only issue was there is an additional $100 deposit for electricity used at arrival. I think that should be disclosed at time of booking. The view is very small so if your looking for a beach front it's not. It is close to all tourist items. We had a great trip.

About the electricity is clear in the rental agreement we sent you and is in the web site as well, and in the check in instructions we leave a recommendation about using the air conditioning. Very nice

Open space allowed a group of 9 people to be comfortable. It's in a very quite neighborhood. Maria had dinner prepared for us the first night and breakfast the day after. Both meals were delicious! They had enough beach towels for all us as well. However, you may want to bring personal towels and wash cloths. There weren't enough it seems. The beach isn't much to write home about. Lots of seaweed. But overall a very nice place.

Hi Glenmore Thank you for your comments. We leaved in the house one beach towel and one body towel and 2 hands towel per person. If someone need more during your stay you can ask for more is no problem, either you have wash and dry machine in the laundry which is down stairs in the house. Yes some times when is to much windy coming from the women island we have seaweed but this thing happen in all Caribbean area, but is nothing that we can do with that, sorry.. Family Vacation

This condo was overall amazing… house was clean to our expectation and there was plenty of room for the comfort of our entire family. It was a great way to spend the week in Cancun. We got to enjoy the pool as well as the beach front. Convenient stores, pharmacy, restaurants and some tourist attractions were in walking distance, which made it nice! **note and heads up to future clients be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. They were provided but not enough for my family and the weeks stay. We were in a limbo but nothing a quick trip to the store couldn’t solve. ~Juan Alberto Cantu

Respect at the toillets papers, and trash bags, we leaved in the house 2 trash bags per day and 2 big trash bags in the container outside of the house, and toillet paper 3 per bathroom. The consumption is depends of each group. Sorry if not was all quantity you was especting, but we never had any claim for that, we are going to put more for further guest. All sugestion are welcome. Vacation stay

We had an overall nice stay at this condo. The property manager was responsive. Condo was very clean. It is in a great location if you want to be in the hotel touristy zone. One thing that was surprising and I did not see it in the listing description was that we needed to pay an additional $100 on arrival in cash in case the electricity bill was over the allotted Kilowatts. This transaction had to be done without a receipt. If excessive use of electricity has happened in this property, this should be included in the original deposit amount and not be asked at arrival and in cash. I am still waiting for reimbursement of this deposit (2 days later).

REALLY MUCH MORE THAN THE DESCRIPTION - FANTASTIC

We had the pleasure to stay in this fabulous home for one week. There was ten of us and the house was so spacious we were very comfortable. The rooms were decorated so beautifully, the little things that were supplied were so appreciated. The living & dining room are AMAZING!! Bus and taxi service was almost at front door. We were practly on the beach, only just 10 steps and you are in the water. Very short distance from the best in the hotel zone and down town is at 5 minutes. Excellent restaurants close by, but a wonderful kitchen to cook in was used often. The pool was large enough to fit us all in and we had a great time relaxing, enjoying everyone's company. Hopefully the next time we travel to Cancun we will have everything again that Daniel house offers! He is the owner and really personal attention. Tks for everything. Eduard & Sophie

Great condo and was very convenient!

Condo had 4 bedrooms and was very spacious. The a/c units in all the rooms worked very well and cooled the rooms down very quickly. The kitchen had all the things you needed to cook and eat for at least 10 people. They provided two 5 gallon 'jugs' of drinking water and soap for washing dishes and hands. They do not provide shampoo as this is not a hotel. The TV worked fine and there was wi-fi in the house although the signal was a little weak downstairs, but overall it was fine and fast. There is a tennis court right outside the back which we utilized and a swimming pool as well. The swimming pool water was very warm though, but we still swam in it. The area is very safe as this is a gated community where other families live. The bus can be caught right outside the complex, so it was very convenient. Overall a great stay, and Daniel responds very well and everything went smoothly. Thanks.

Happy with our stay!!!

We were happy with our stay. The house is nice and spacious. The kids were very much appreciative about the internet. The A/C worked amazing in the entire house (minus the kitchen-not needed). Everything was very central to the house, only needed to take the bus for for about 10 pesos per person. We bought food from Walmart and cooked breakfast almost every morning. Daniel was very helpful prior to arriving with all my many questions. He was also able to book some tours for us at a great price. The pool was warm. When we first arrived, we met Maria and she explained everything and returned all my calls and texts when I needed her. The only negative thing I would say is the beach area. It's really not for swimmers or snorkelers. It's more for like docking. We walked about a mile or two both ways and didn't see anything. The weather had been bad though r/t rain storms. Other than that, the electricity deposit was another thing we were not aware of, but it seemed fair. Thanks for allowing us to stay, would definitely recommend it!!!

What happens with the Caribbean Sea in that area and when the storm is coming from Women Island that is in front of the house, the water comes revolt with sand and seaweed, for that reason you saw the beach in that way and was more than 3 days in big storms, Sorry about that but you know is nothing we can do with that. Great Family Space

Our family of 10 rented from Daniel over Thanksgiving for a large family holiday vacation. The condo is just as advertised and had enough space for all of us. The beds were quite comfortable, the air worked great, and the staff was so responsive! Both TVs in the residence were Smart TVs so I just logged into our Netflix and we were good to go for the little ones in the evenings! The secured entrance was comforting as well since this is right off the main drag of Kukulcan. We also hired Maria to make us a large meal one night to replace our traditional Thanksgiving meal and it was so good! She even accommodated the time as we were on a tour that day and our bus was running an hour behind! As posted in some of the other reviews, the beach this condo is on is not meant for relaxing or swimming, it's more of a marina beach...but Playa Lacosta and Playa Caracol are only a short distance away and are gorgeous! Although at night we chose to ride the local bus (since parking downtown is limited) which runs up and down the main drag (12 pesos a ride) we did opt to rent a car for our stay. We used the car for grocery shopping and beach days as we borrowed the beach chairs, kickboards, and umbrella that are at the house and packed a cooler which our rental car company included in our rental. We also discovered that even though the condo is "close" to places, it's not necessarily walking distance close and crossing Kukulcan on foot is like playing frogger. So if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing, do yourself a favor and rent a car. Taxis and busses are cheap, Uber down there is not. We only had two issues while we were here. First the transport that was arranged for pick up from the airport was running late. After calling Daniel and then waiting for almost 1.5 hrs we arranged for our own transport to the condo only to be contacted by the driver who said he was there and then stated he actually wasn't and was running late. To avoid this issue again we arranged our own ride back to the airport at the end of our vacation to ensure we'd make our flights on time. The second issue was out of Daniel's control as many residents in this condo area have dogs and they barked what seemed like constantly. Thankfully we weren't home a lot during the day but in the evenings it was a tad bit annoying while our younger children were trying to get to bed. But again, this is a tiny thing that didn't make or break our visit. All in all we would rent this place again!

Dear Jordahl Thank your for your visit, and I appreciate your comments. Some point to be clear. You have at your right of the condominium one of the most bigger shopping mall in Mexico, Marina Shopping Center and there you have all what you need, grocery stores, supermarkets, all top one brand stores, restaurants, you don't need either to go to down town, and is walking distance no more than 10 minutes. The beach some time changes depends the winds and the weather, the time you been here was a little storm and that change some times the beach. About the pick up all international flight arrives in TERMINAL 3 but when the flight is going to arrive they change to the new Terminal 4, and yes some time is very confusing for everybody and all transportation must to change and some tie they loose the passengers, sorry about that. Not good for family vacation, owner is operating remotely, stay way from this place.

The house is directly facing the main road with a lot of cars, very noisy at night and evening. It is also not easy to make a U-turn, difficulty to find it even during the day. It is far away from every main attractions by foot, must drive, nightmare for family with car. The property is clean, but old. The bathroom door lock itself up, and we have to call in repairman pry it open. The owner is non-gracious, assuming you are guilty without common sense. When we check out, the check out lady made a mistake recording the electric meter at the start of our stay, mistaking the first digit 0 as 8, we are told we need to pay $20K for electric!. On the phone, we and the check out couple all believe it is impossible for 5 nights, he insist nothing is impossible, so we have to ask the check out lady to show us the picture of the meter before we check in. Bingo. But no single word of apology from this un-gracious owner so far. When I reserve this place on Vrbo two month earlier, I did not request for partial payment, I always think I have already paid in full, and ignored consistent junk emails from Vrbo. The day before the trip, I communicated with the owner many times through Vrbo on check in, never realized it was not paid in full until two days later, we are stopped at the gate, received angry call from the owner. My bad, nothing I can say about it. I just wish the owner is on site to avoid this type of miscommunication, or he tells me about it during numerous pre-trip communications and at check in. The owner says he is in spain, but his phone call numbers are from Florida, not sure why. The guard at gate check us in has to call another person to reach to him, kind of elusive. The house next to us, people have nightly parties, smoking weeds in open If you go into Cancun, do not venture out of hotel zone with car, we were stopped by two fake cops for running over a red lights, we knew we did not, but hey, this is Mexico, better pay up to save your life. We end up paying the fake cop $200 by credit card. the line on our credit card is "entertainment", not from policy department. Should have chosen all-inclusive, or you will face unpleasant rip offs everywhere, starting from local rental car company Mexrent Common working people are generally very nice, but not business owners or landlords. Will not visit Mexico again.

Hello Songtao Is really a shame that people like you, can worte all this kinds of things, when nothing is ture. First of all, you want to stay in the house with out pay the rent (balance 70%), VRBO sent you different message and call you many times, my self made the same thing, I send you many times the request to pay the balance, sent you WhatsApp message, phone calls, etc... for that reason security stop you in the entrance door to comunicate with me and tell you that was neccesary to pay the rental balance. All this comments you wrote is because you didn't achive your goal, STAY IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT THE TOTAL RENTAL PAYMENT. The house is located in the Hotel Zone, in this zone you have only the Bvd. Kukulcan and the house is not facing to that Bvd. is inside the complex. The house was renew 1 year ago, OLD??? you saw all the reviews before your reserved and all of them are excellent otherwise you never going to rent. Yes I have 3 phones, USA , Mexico and Spain, what is strange in that???, you think in that way because your mind works in that way, the same way that you want to stay without paymnet. 20K????? of what???? your girl friend didn't know how she can read the electricity, and you din't have any extra consumption and we refund you 100% of the deposit, and I have your confirmation. The mains entrance works with a pad code, and you have the instructions, and security told me that you trough away the paper, and then you call them to open it, is sense?? Your conduct is the same, fake cop??? really?? and your cross with red color and they charge you a penalty for that, and what I can do with that?? or is my fault as well?? My God!!!! be sense... Really I don't want to spend more time give you an answer you don't deserve. Please when you go to rent a house in the future ( I don't recommend you to any manager, owner, etc... to rent you nothing) please be sense, and honestly, and pay the rent on time, not 3 days after you are staying in the house, and ignore all contacts. Condo is great, location not convenient

First time to Mexico and we thought we would try the condo verses the all-inclusive or hotel room in "hotel zone." Daniel arranged to have us picked up at the airport for a set price which was reasonable but I think the attendant who was meeting us may have been late. There were 8 of us looking and it took 30 minutes to find him. I think it would have worked better if we had known which company shirt he was wearing. One option is to rent a car and there are two spots for parking. The condo is difficult to find the first time. The address is too general and I'm glad we didn't rent a car to drive from airport. If you know the area, then you may want to rent a car. Our concierge was there when we arrived. He did an amazing job of explaining everything as well as help with luggage. The condo is spacious. Plenty of room for our family of eight (3 couples, two college students and one grand-daughter 2 years old). The kitchen was adequate with utensils and had an outstanding 6 burner gas stove top. There is a 5 gallon water dispenser for drinking, cooking and brushing teeth. The a/c in each room worked excellent to keep the condo cool. Our biggest surprise was the beach. The condo is one block off the beach so we looked forward to walking to the beach to hang out and swim. Much to our dismay, this beach is filthy and we saw no one in the water. This is not what I pictured when you think Cancun. Additionally, the pool was large but because we were there in the summer the water temperature was very warm close to bath-like water. Not appealing. No one from our group used the pool. There were no chairs to lounge at the pool but the condo did have beach/pool chairs you could bring. The next disappointment was the inconvenience/cost of transportation. If you plan to stay at the condo to relax then this is ideal. We were told taxi's were available so if you want to swim at a nice beach, go to a restaurant or go near the shopping area then realize you are $10-12 taxi ride away. That cost added up for a total of 8 hence 2 taxi's every time. UBER is available but make sure it is linked to credit card and not pay pal. Pay pal does not work in Mexico. Maria cooked one dinner for us and that was awesome. It was ready when she said it would be and very delicious. I would give the condo 5 stars but the location brings it down for me. I thought we would be closer to everything especially a nice clean beach...if you like that sort of thing.

Hello Dane Thank you for your comments but I want to clarify some of your points. I can see that is your first time in Cancun. The date of your arrival some flight company must to change the terminal where they must to landed because was a problem in Terminal 3 where usually your flight company must to arrive, and they move for terminal 2, for that reason with all of hundred of tourist we received in Cancun every day was a little more complicated, but all passengers have the same problem that day, is not in my hands but I'm sorry for that. Cancun like an Island one side of the island have ways and the other is not waves but the color of the water is not to blue, the beach where you have access is the same beach of all tourist like stay in the best hotels like Secrets The Vine, Hard Rock Hotel, JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton etc.. is one of the beat beach in Cancun, and for sure I can guarantee you is not filthy, by federal law they must to clean the beach every day, perhaps you can find some seaweed but that happens is when is to much windy form Women Island bring to the coast. The beach access is at 40 steps for sure like in an hotel, if you are in the lobby you must to walk , perhaps no more than 30 steps depends in which side of the beach you want stay. At the entrance of the beach you have the right to ask for beach chairs free is a big signal in the entrance, is Spanish and English. In July is the most hot season in Cancun for sure the pool will be not so freezing. If in our phone you have the APP for UBER you don't need to use Paypal, you must to use the same application and pay with your payment method you have registered in your UBER APP. Traditional Mexico Condo

My wife and I travel to Mexico about every 2-3 years and have stayed at various resorts, from 3 star to 5 star, some inclusive. We decided to stay in a condo and off the beaten path but close to everything. This is a very nice, clean and roomy condo. We had several minor issues and contacted the owner- he replied to both of our issues within 10 minutes by phone and corrected both of them immediately. He even dropped by right before check out to chat and make sure our stay was what we expected. We brought in a local homemaker/chef that cooked for us for a very reasonable cost and got exceptional meals. It was a blast going to the local grocery store and picking our meals out. This is a fun, safe and secure place to stay while you explore the area. We will more than likely return here and bring back our grown kids and their wives in the near future. I recommend this VRBO.

Girls trip

Yes, the trip started off very bad because it was hard to communicate with the general manager regarding transportation she wasn't available like stated in the email. We were supposed to have maid service at least one day while we were there and didn't We were unaware of the electricity cash deposit charges that were refunded at the end of our stay. We had other parties that paid for round trip transportation back to the airport that didn't show up and they weren't refunded back so they had to take a taxi to catch their flight. The guard stated they never showed up that morning. Several times I tried to reach someone regarding problems with the ceiling fan, shower in one of the bedrooms and they were unreachable. overall we had to make the best out of a bad start. It seemed once your trip was paid in full your on your own.

Hi Cassandra, Thank you for your comments but nothing you are saying is actually true. First of all, we never provided you any shuttle services, you asked for it but you never payed and confirm any pick up, you purchased other transportation company. Regarding electricity it is clearly stated in our contract that you have to leave a deposit.that we refunded 100 % to you. At the check out your friends were waiting for the van you purchased and they never showed up at the house, and we even had to call and tried to assist your friends with that company to honor the service, but it was NOT our company! Where did you see that you are going to received maid service?It is clear in terms and conditions, that we do NOT provide that service for renters that stays less than 6 nights. You caused us problems at your check in telling me that it was not the house you rented! And we had to call Homeaway/Vrbo, and they had to send you an email to confirm that it was in fact the house you rented and everything was exactly what they had in the web site. You NEVER called us for any problem in the house, I have all the email you sent us in record. When we went for check out with your friends they said they had a great vacations and the house was amazing. So my question is: Why are you trying to blame us? And I am sorry to say that but I will not recommend you for any other renting property or owners.

The property was very secured and safe. The home was clean and spacious.

The home was very spacious for the 7 of us. It had all the amenities needed for an away from home stay. We were out most of the time so we didn't get to enjoy the stay at home feeling. The only issue we had was the exposed windows in the living. There were no curtains. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.
