In the winter, walk directly across the street to the Jordanelle Express Gondola to hit the slopes at Deer Valley Ski Resort in just minutes. During warmer months, explore the Jordanelle Reservoir just 5 minutes away for water sports, boat rentals, fishing, swimming, and even an inflatable waterpark. The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities including thrilling zip-lining adventures, ATV trails, and scenic hikes. Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a queen Murphy bed in the living room.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count. A trifold floor mattress and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note there is no washer/dryer in unit. There are community laundry facilities available in the building.
- Please be aware there is active construction in the area between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some noise and activity may be present during these hours.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Jordanelle Sunrise. It was a 3 minute walk to the Jordanelle Gondola and the ski storage at the base of the Gondola was an awesome perk. Shuttle vans were available to pick us up and drop us off at the condo end of the day. The condo was brand new and layout is comfortable. The place was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, towels, soaps, blankets - you name it! Main Street park city is a 15 minute uber ride away, so we enjoyed a few meals there. We came to ski, so this was perfect for us!

Great unit!!

The condo was perfect!! It was very clean and all the necessary amenities were provided. Communication with local representative was fast. It was a one bedroom but if you were traveling with others, it had a Murphy bed that looked very comfy.

Superb apartment

This one bedroom apartment has been beautifully decorated with furniture, artwork and all you could need for a wonderful break away from home. Everything has been considered from the cookware, crockery, bedding and games. It really was a delight to stay here. Walking distance to the Jordanelle gondola, and a great hot tub for when you return after skiiing. We loved it.

Perfect!

We stayed at this cozy condo property on a recent ski trip to Park City and it was everything we needed and more. The unit was new, clean, and had everything you needed. The views were amazing. Also, the property had many amenities to use such as hot tub gym, and ski storage. The location is located by the Jordanelle Gondola which allowed convenient access to Deer Valley Resory. Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and Cinvenient

Property was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and convenient to/from the Jordanelle Gondola. Deer Valley shuttle will return you to the property at the end of the day. Be sure to use the free ski storage at the gondola to make each day easier. Short walk from unit down the hill to the gondola

Great spot

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the apartment was and how convenient the location is. Can take the shuttle right to the Deer Valley Gondola. They don't mention but there is hot tub access. Apartment is bigger than pictures showed. Place seems to be brand new. Great stay!

Beautiful unit and great location on the Eastern side of DV!

The unit was new, clean, and very well decorated. It was bigger in person that it appeared in the pictures. There is a cute alcove in the master bedroom for getting ready or leaving belongings. The kitchen bar and island were perfect! It was a short do-able walk in ski gear to the shuttle pickup for the gondola. Loved the jacuzzi too! The management was super responsive with questions and requests which was SOOO nice. I had never stayed on this side of DV, but I would stay here again and look forward to all the development on and off the eastside of the mountain.note: be careful with GPS if you are driving, GPS tries to lead you on private roads up and over the mountain from Snowpark with only gated access; you need to take the freeway around to get to the eastside
