I'm leaving a review SOLELY for the purpose of informing others that this is in the hood. The building looks like the picture, but the hood surrounds you. Sometimes there were USPS mail trucks speeding up and & down the street at midnight. If you've never heard or seen that, it's very loud and VERY dangerous. The one face towel per person that was provided for our entire two week stay was crazy. And previous reviews had mentioned they don't give you much to work with, and they were accurate. And it seemed insignificant to me when I read the review, but the fact that the showers HAVE NOTHING IN THEM, no rack, no shelf, now towel rack - it seemed small before but once I was there it WAS pretty annoying. There's plenty of space available for that. And finally, the instructions said the door would be locked and we use the keypad to open it. Our unit was completely unlocked when we got there. The keypad never did work. When I contacted mgmt, they sent someone the next day to fix it but they never could. Eventually they said to just keep the key that was in the lockbox. Until then tho, we had to at least one of us stay in the unit. That was kind of inconvenient. I'll admit the price is pretty steep for what we got but it wasn't completely terrible.

Everything was ok until the AC stopped working and I had to inconveniently take my 80yr old mother and 10 month old granddaughter to the near by mall for AC until it got fixed. Which wasn’t til 10 pm so we basically had no AC the ENTIRE day! There was water all over the room and they refused to refund anything. Terrible experience.

Everything about this property was misleading. One day we had power washers spraying the concrete at 8:30 AM. One day we had people knocking on our doors and wanted to spray the apartment for bugs. One day we had people knocking on our door because they needed to paint the front door. It says it sleeps eight, well we only had six and there was one set of towels for six people. The walls are paper thin you can hear two apartments over. After we vacated, I was informed that I was charged 20 for staying on a towel, the one towel we were supplied with I guess because we had to order more since there were six of us. It also states that this property is three minutes from the water, that is correct, but it’s not water as in the beach, it’s and that we’re all the boats are parked. This property is not even remotely close to the ocean, it’s a 10 minute drive. The picture of the pool is not even close to being accurate as well as it was a dark green and there’s no way in the world I would’ve even put my foot in it much less go for a swim. We are very disappointed in this property and we will not be back.

Quick weekend stay

Booked this very last minute for the panthers parade and it didn’t disappoint! Property was very nice and well maintained, unit just as photos showed, extremely clean upon arrival and easy to access, lots of room (there were 8 of us) and we never felt crowded. Very quiet and private, awesome back patio area! The list goes on The property owner was quick to respond and very helpful with questions. Property itself is in a great area, we walked to beach and got a quick cheap uber to Las Olas in the evening , was able to take a golf cart shuttle back which is always a fun experience. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

Florida trip

Very nice and clean. Had to climb two flights of stairs but was abled to do so. Would rather be much closer to Beach. The showers were okay, for the exception that there was not anything to place your body wash, shaving cream etc., Had to bend down to pickup. Unless I missed something.
