I’m sorry it felt more like a rental than a home and that small details slipped this stay. We’ll review the décor and amenities to bring back those thoughtful touches. Sorry, too, about the oversized bunk preventing the door from closing — maintenance will evaluate the layout and provide a fix (reconfigure or replace) so bedtime is easier. Also apologies for the missing salt and pepper; we’re updating our kitchen checklist and will restock staples. And thank you for reporting the leaking freezer and ice maker — glad our team responded quickly.
