Magnifiquement rénové 1 chambre, 2 salles de bains Penthouse qui offre une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique. L'unité dispose d'un grand balcon privé avec accÚs depuis le salon. Cette unité est située au 14Úme étage et peut accueillir 6 personnes. La chambre principale offre un lit king, TV écran plat et salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. Il y a des lits superposés dans le couloir avec de grands matelas jumeaux ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. L'unité dispose également d'une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Location

The location of the property was excellent! Being the last complex before the Gulf State Park is a huge perk. The condo itself was tight on space for our family of four. It worked but it is definitely smaller than I expected from the pictures.

Great location

Overall it was a great stay and my little family had a wonderful time! The towels smelled like smoke when we tried to use them for the first time, not a huge issue since I could wash them, just wasn’t expected. And the microwave stays hot if the surface light is on over the stove. Maybe add some blackout curtains in the bedroom. Really the only complaints.These are minor things, just want to be fully transparent. They were VERY responsive when I asked a question which was greatly appreciated. And the balcony was the perfect spot for the fireworks.

Great view but needs maintenance

Overall we were happy with the location and facility's amenities. We were disappointed in the unit itself. From broken microwave and roaches as well as standing in water while showering due to slow drain, it was not the experience I had hoped for. There was sand on the floor when we arrived but vacuum was also broke.

We loved the location. Only dislikes were that there were no sheets available for the pull out on the sofa and outdoor pool was not heated so we were not able to use it during our stay. We did like that there was an indoor pool as well though.

Summer vacation

Condo was clean but wasn’t stocked with toilet paper (2 rolls) and had 4-5 towels for a family of 4 with two women. It was as advertised as far as number of beds, kitchen utensils, etc
it would have been nice to have had some spices. We were supplied salt, pepper, napkins, etc in other condos we had previously stayed in. This one didn’t have anything of that nature so we had to purchase and we left for the next guests. We loved that there was a take it/leave it room for the condo guests that could be used while staying. We used chairs and left our inflatables, and pool toys that we purchased while on vacation.

Not clean, broken glass on balcony. Toaster set off smoke detector every time used. Mildew in washer. Cover on twin bed dirty. Etc
..Great view of ocean but needs updating!!!

Great little place

This place was perfect for my husband and mines stay. Loved the balcony over looking the ocean. Beautiful view.

Lovely decor with a homey vibe

Cozy and adorable unit located at a slow paced and relaxed property. Our beach attendant was very good at checking up on us. Liquid Life agency left lots of travel sized items to make settling in a breeze and stayed in touch via text throughout our trip (in case we needed anything). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacay / Softball Tournament

We stayed here for a week for my daughters softball tournament plus some family vacation time. Condo was exactly was I was expecting based on listing and pictures. Location was phenomenal, we loved how much quieter the was beach here. Communication with property manager was very easy and I always got quick responses.

Daughter and Mother trip

We enjoyed our stay. And since us was just us I was worried about our safety but we both felt safe there in our condo and out on the premises. We definitely have this place bookmarked for our next trip!!

Great location for a family vacation

The location is great being on the end of the beach with more room to spread out. The condo is small but was perfect for our needs. We were able to fit a pack and play in the bedroom, but it was a chore to navigate around. Keep that in mind if bringing infants. Otherwise, the view and unit were great. Our only complaint was that it smelled like smoke upon arrival, but it aired out within a few days. I don’t fault the owner or rental company for that as it is a non smoking property. That has never been an issue in the past, so we considered it a one off that we likely stayed after others had broken the rules

Great location, great view

Mostly clean condo! What a view! Great access to the beach. Mostly everything was clean. Only a few things to improve upon- master bedroom mattress too hard, microwave front glass and bottom of door cracked, washing machine smelled moldy and was dirty and the AC smelled when used.

Great view! Close to everything

We really loved the location of the condo, and that it was away from the Orange beach canal, which can lead to more sea critters. The condo is on the top floor which mean no upstairs neighbor noise. Overall, very quiet unit overall. The bed is not comfortable at all, we bought a mattress topper for the week, and that helped a lot-highly recommend doing that. Unit was perfect for 2 people, the bunk bed was in the way in the hallway/doorway, but good if you have children. Our biggest problem was our neighbors smoking cigarettes and pot. The smell was terrible in our unit!! We told several guards but they couldn’t do much to help the situation. Overall, recommend the unit, and hope the units next to it do not smoke.

Good experience for my first time using Vrbo

We really enjoyed the condo, the setup, and location. Check in/out was a breeze with email and text updates throughout. The rooms were just as listed. My only issue was the pullout bed in the couch was not clean. There was trash in the floor underneath when we pulled it out and the sheet on it felt dirty with crumbs. There was what appeared to be mold or blank stains on the vents. The couch had stains and the area rug in the living room could use an update. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time staying there and then view was spectacular!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was perfect for our family. Great location. No overcrowding on the beach. Our boys enjoyed both the inside and outside pool. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were rats , huge wood roaches on our balcony, wasn’t able to check in until about 4:30pm , mildew in the vent in back bathroom, not very clean, I spent way to much to be dissatisfied, last year we stayed on the 7th floor & it was perfect! Also trouble with the east elevator! ( others also had trouble)

Nice and clean

Easy to talk with property management about small issues. They only provide one trash bag, one paper towel roll, one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one dishwasher detergent. Property was clean. The elevators both went out while we were there at separate times. Super scary as we were on the top floor. Amenities were very accessible. The condo is SUPER small and tight. Would not be good with small children. We set up a pack n play in the master and had no room to walk around the bed. check in and out process was easy.

Great Location

Was concern about the bunk beds being sufficient without a second bedroom, but they worked out great! Location was my favorite of any condo we’ve stayed in in the GS/OB area! This unit was clean and nicely decorated (light and comfortable but not that overly tacky beach decor). We will definitely try to stay here next time!
