Our family has been been enjoying Marco Island for over 50 years. This condo has been completely remodeled and features 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with a bunk/trundle bed, and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and open, perfect for cooking or just sitting at the 4 person island. The living room has a large screen 65" TV and also allows you to look directly out at the beach. There are 3 balconies, two which overlook the beach and one that overlooks the island, with lounge chairs and an outdoor table for enjoying a morning coffee or just reading a book. Amenities include a laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing board, WiFi, 4 smart TV's, a garage parking spot, a fitness room, a social room for parties and family get-togethers, and a game room with billiards and ping pong. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located on a huge deck overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs for spending a relaxing day at the pool. There is a private gated entrance to the beach off the pool deck to offer the option of spending your day relaxing on the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no better location on the beach as we are almost equidistant between Tiger Tail Beach and San Marco, with several outdoor restaurant options along the way.
