Sandy Sunset is located in The Somerset, which is one of Marco Islandâs most luxurious gated beachfront condominiums and only one of four beachfront condos on Marco that allows weekly rentals. The Somerset boasts the largest beachfront on the island, as well as top-notch amenities with two tennis courts, two pools, two beach access points, a newly updated fitness center, and an outdoor grill area. Located at the south end of Marco Island, you are within blocks of world-class formal and casual dining and shopping options. You could not find a better place to take in Marcoâs spectacular sunsets or to watch dolphins play in the emerald green waters than Sandy Sunset at The Somerset! With nearly 1,300 square feet of living space, this condo has plenty of room to roam and is well-equipped with everything you'll need during your stay, including:

- Guest bedroom with two full beds, TV and walk-in closet
- Guest bunk room with two full bunk bed
- Guest bathroom w/jack-and-Jill access from the guest bedroom and main living area

- Fully-equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar seating
