With 3 cozy bedrooms including a full size murphy bed with attached 1/2 bath on ground floor, as well as a queen bed and brand new sofa bed with memory foam queen mattress on the second floor, this peaceful haven offers all the comforts you need. Unwind in the welcoming living space or relax outdoors on the large front porch or in the fully fenced backyard with hammock, table and chairs. Kitchen comes with coffee pot, toaster, fridge and gas stove/oven with cookware.

Beechmont is a walkable, centrally located neighborhood to an array of tourist attractions and friendly amenities. Iroquois Park is just down the street with one of the best views of the city. Three blocks away on Woodlawn is Sunergos coffee shop, the StrEatery dining hall and the Rosewater used book store. Full of trees and beautiful in the spring, while still being only one exit ramp away from the airport, we really love our neighborhood and hope you will, too
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our home is a 1.5 story 1912 bungalow, with a functional tuned piano, claw foot tub and novel phone box at the foot of the stairs. Featuring tall ceilings and hardwood floors (at ground floor), it has the charm of a historic home, but with the latest central heat and air. With a large front porch with glider and chairs, and a backyard with more seating and a hammock, there are good outdoor spaces as well for relaxing during any time of day.
