This place was fantastic. We had 3 couples staying here and all 6 of us just loved it. Beautiful decor. Gorgeous kitchen. All of the amenities of home. Extremely comfortable. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Great showers and comfortable beds. Ample parking. Matt was so easy to work with and our trip was so much better than we could imagine. Easy to get to various Louisville restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Louisville. Thanks Matt for having us!!

This is an incredible property in old Louisville. The property owners have thought hard about every room and each detail. There is plenty of space and ample supplies for every need. The decor is fitting to the area and is at the same time comfortable and elegant. A true urban oasis! I highly recommend this property and will definitely seek to rent it again when we return to the area.

Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location to see all of Louisville attractions and airport. Matthew was a great host and provided plenty of information regarding property and parking details. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Louisville.

A group of 8 of us went to the Bourbon and Beyond Festival and rented this VRBO for 5 nights. The host, Matt, was extremely accomodating, communicative, and helpful to us. We absolutely loved the backyard area and the ease of cooking in the kitchen and grilling. We all had a wonderful time and I would choose this home were I to visit Louisville again.

Great Stay!

This house is exactly as advertised and convenient to downtown, bourbon trail, camps Churchill downs and the freeways. Clean and updated, my wife wanted to get this kitchen moved to our house, lol. Family of 5 with plenty of space. Communication was Top Notch throughout, Matt and Melissa have a great well run property!

Perfect Visit to Louisville!

We absolutely loved staying in this historic home for our annual girls trip!! Mathew & Melissa have done an amazing job with this house - plenty of space, comfortables beds and great bathrooms, and a fabulous large kitchen and dining area! Would highly recommend and hope to come back for another visit!!!
