We were in town for a family event and this property was perfect for our stay! Our children and their children had plenty of room to play, eat, relax and sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

Haresh was amazing! He was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. The house was absolutely perfect for our family! It was extremely clean! The neighborhood was really nice! It is a perfect place to stay for a UT game! I would highly recommend it!!

Sweet Knox

This is an excellent rental conveniently located close to so many of Knoxville’s attractions. The house has a wonderful amount of space for groups with lots of games and activities for all ages. It was very well stocked and we enjoyed our weekend there.

Wonderful Property and Host!

We loved the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts were excellent hosts and so kind and responsive. Excellent and timely communication. They are top-notch. We really appreciate them and they and their lovely home deserve the highest marks. Would stay again.

Only 5 towels in the house, it was a little inconvenient to keep having to wash them

We usually leave plenty of extra towels in the upstairs bathroom cabinets. We will let our cleaners know about this situation. We were in town for a family wedding. We had 4 households from the same family who all traveled from different states to attend the wedding. The day before the wedding, in-town family of the bride were about to come by for lunch and visiting before the festivities began. The 20-something cousins all enjoyed the game room, and there was plenty of space to visit and catch up.

Everything was clean when we arrived. We had no issues during check-in. One of the smoke detectors started to chirp, after messaging the host we received a prompt response that someone would be out to take a look. All they needed was new batteries but the host went ahead and replaced them in all of the detectors to ensure we didn’t have any other issues during our stay. They host was kind enough to recommend a close by area for shopping and restaurants (Turkey Creek). We had 3 families for a soccer tournament and this property was perfect for our group. If we are in the area again we will definitely try to book this property again.
