Amazing views from this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo! This condo is centrally located in a gated residential community on the cliffs above Bolongo Bay. There are two covered balconies—one for dining and the other for outdoor cooking. Enjoy three pools, each with a different ambiance. The Seacliff pool is located high above the water and is a perfect place to watch the sunset. The Watergate beachside pool is down the hill next to the award-winning Mim's Seaside Bistro. The Regatta's tropical pool offers a very private setting within the interior of the complex.

Bolongo Beach is a nice hike down the hill or just a short drive away. Bolongo Bay Resort offers dining, live music, shopping, snorkeling, and daily catamaran trips.

There is one assigned parking spot, and we recommend renting a car. This spacious condo has everything you will need. Both bedrooms have an ocean view, which is very rare. The primary bedroom features a private bath and a walk-in closet, along with a new Serta pillow-top king-sized bed. With a view of Bolongo Bay and Buck Island, it's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized Serta pillow-top mattress and a view of Bolongo Bay, with the second bathroom just across the hall.

The living room includes a 58" Roku smart TV, allowing you to use your favorite streaming apps. It has seating for five and a Lazy Boy sofa/hideaway bed. (Great for kids)While this is a nice couch, it may not be as comfortable as the beds. You will have three choices for your meals: the dining room table, the outdoor balcony table, or the kitchen island. All have a view of the ocean.

The kitchen is nicely equipped with all the essentials for cooking on the new stove or on the Blackstone grill on the second balcony. It features a new dishwasher and a new refrigerator with an ice maker. There is a Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers, as well as a traditional coffee pot if you prefer. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise on the outdoor balcony.

The washer and dryer are new. Our condo also has a backup generator (a must-have), central AC, a reverse osmosis water system, and an under-sink filter for making coffee and ice in the ice machine. We have dreamed about this piece of paradise for a lifetime, and we hope you enjoy it as much a do.
