1) kitchen sinks garbage disposals not functional. Kitchen sink had very little water pressure where is wasn’t usable2) upstairs pull out bed had broken springs where it did not hold mattress up. Unusable3) some lights not working4) hot water took very long time to be available for showers. 5) internet information was incorrect 6) only 6 bedrooms not 7 as identified on site

The property was absolutely amazing! Better than it looked in the photos and definitely magical! The beds were very comfy, amenities such as the pool and hot tub were perfect additions after a long day at Disneyland.The tables, seating areas, couches and outdoor spaces were a perfect size for a large family.We were 5 minutes from Disney, stores, restaurants and it was so incredibly quiet and peaceful- located at the end of a road. I’d also like to say that the guest services agents were very helpful and available. In the event I had a question pre arrival or during the stay, they were prompt in answering my texts:)We will be referring this destination and returning!Thank you to the owners for sharing their dreamy home with my family! Our stay was great. The downside was that we felt like the management was micro-managing a bit, which was stressful. We didn't knowingly break rules, but felt like we might get charged for something anyway because of all the warnings and rules. The house was a great size for large groups. It was clean, but smelt of cleaning supplies and had a damp feel. The pool and spa were warm and fun! In the end it turned out to be a great stay.

Best family vacation!

We had the most amazing family vacation, and I’m convinced this house was a huge part of it! This house was huge- everyone was comfortable. The only weird room was the Snow White room, the person staying in there thought it was odd with the French doors. The kitchen was great- lots of plates and such. Pool was great for the kids. You can see the Disney fireworks from the game room- all the kids thought that was great! They had stuff for the beach and a few things for the pool. We were worried about towels with this many people. They had lots of towels for the pool/beach and for showers. Had a few questions- they did a good job responding and answering.If we ended up doing this again- we’d stay here.

Not a 7 bedroom house.

This house is great for its location to Disneyland. The pool is a lot of fun if you have a young family. THIS IS NOT A 7 BEDROOM HOUSE. Our family needed seven bedrooms and we were thrilled to find a place even if it cost a bit more. Apparently any room can be a bedroom if you say an air mattress can fit. Kitchen bedroom. Garage bedroom. Entryway bedroom. In this case they tried to claim the loft with 2 couches a pool table and an ottoman counted as a bedroom if you moved all the furniture yourself. There is one pull out bed couch but it’s broken. And you can tell it’s been broken for awhile and they just dont seem to care. In addition this house claims to sleep 15-17 (depending on the listing) but has a kitchen set up for a family of 4. Not enough dishes for everyone and you might as well budget for eating out. The location was great, the pool was fun. But this house is not what they say it is.

What a beautiful home! There is definitely the expected normal wear and tear but nothing that affects the quality of your stay. The home was well stocked and provided our family of 16 a very fun time!

We loved staying here! The host provided an excellent resource for any questions we had during our stay. Very kid friendly and plenty of space for our large group. Conveniently located and overall one of the best places we've ever stayed!

Great house

House was very nice and clean. Check in process was easy our family had more than enough room. My only complaint would be the water. Showers take forever to get warm and the pool and hot tub didn’t heat up at all the last 2 days of our trip. We did send frontier land a message and the response was sorry we’ll get on it. Which did us absolutely no good because our trip was over.we paid extra when we booked to heat the pool and hot tub and couldn’t for 2 days. Sorry isn’t quite good enough when our family couldn’t use something that we’re charged a fee for. Other than some annoying water heating problems house was awesome.

A GREAT RENTAL

I rented the house to spend the 4th of July with my eight grandkids there age range infant- 11yrs. The kids loved the rooms, the master bedroom upstairs fan needs to be fix it sways back and forth like its going to fall soon. The BBQ pit needs to be fix the the line are frayed.[Don't use the bbq pit because the lines are frayed!!!!] Also, the numbers are faded on the oven so it was hard to cook on the right temperature. Besides that we love the house it has plenty of room and we spent most of the day enjoying the swimming pool. The house was clean, and fully stock with towels, dishes etc. We didn't need to contact management for anything.

Great place to stay, a so close to Disneyland

Great place. We loved that we were 5 minutes from the Mickey and Friends Parking. Also, this place is spacious. The pool and hot were great, especially after a long day at Disneyland.

Dads Birthday

It was my dads birthday and my niece who is 5 1st visit to Disneyland. My brother in law wanted yo stay at the hotel but that meant we would all be separated. Having the house made it way more relaxing and we could spend time together as a family.

Great property

We had a great three night stay at Mickey's House F24. Our original reservation was for Belle's Castle but we switched when our dates changed. The funtierland reps were all very helpful when switching our reservation and before and during our stay. The house is in a great location and fit our family great. There was even an air mattress for my teen that didn't want to share a room and preferred to sleep in the living room. There was shampoo and conditioner and bars of soap which was also nice. The pool was a comfortable temp for the kids and the spa got hot. The curfew is difficult, mainly the 9am part but we did it. We appreciated how clean the house was but in the future the cleaning crew should reserve the bleach for the kitchen and bathroom, not the living room and bedrooms. The house is a little dated but comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great vacation!

Disney Family Trip

The place was great for my family of 15. Tje pool was a huge bonus for the kids and adults. The proximity to Dianeyland, Knottsberry Farm, Costco and other shopping facilities really helped make this trip great and gave us the opportunity for midday breaks from Disneyland. The management team was responsive and the home was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.
