This Property i imagine was amazing five or six years ago. After years of abuse by tenants and poor to no repairs this property is run down and dramatically in need of new management. First the good, this property is located just a 5 minute drive to Disneyland Parking garage and if you wanted to walk its about 20 minutes to the gates. The home itself feels larger than it is so even if a full family packed in there is plenty of room so your not stepping on each other. The bunk room uses space well to allow for up to 4 littles. Kitchen is fully stocked with every pot pan plate and gadget you would need in daily life even if they are a bit worn down they are in decent shape. They have an air table in the garage that was a pleasant surprise, and we didn't have any issues with the laundry. The Bad: the hot tub never get hotter than the pool and while it was warm and enjoyable it was more of a bath with bubbles than a hot tub. The dishes were dirty and had to be rewashed on arrival, and the dishwasher we not secured to the kitchen counter leading to some shaking and knocking. The microwave was glued together and was not spinning at all. In the hall bathroom a tile right were you get out of the shower had a 1/2 in drop and had lost most of its grout leading to a huge trip hazard. just as you get out of the guest shower. The lay out in the master bath is odd as the door opens into anyone using the toilet. The smell through the house is musty and dank like a 2nd hand store in winter.
