Des équipements merveilleux et un emplacement central pour profiter de tout ce que Palm Springs a à offrir. Le bus Buzz s'arrête juste devant!

Ce condo est situé dans le complexe SmokeTree Raquet Club. Il y a plusieurs courts de tennis et le complexe possède la 2ème plus grande piscine chauffée de Palm Springs. La piscine et le bain à remous sont chauffés toute l'année.

Cette unité est dans un emplacement privilégié au sein du complexe. Vous avez vue sur la piscine et les montagnes environnantes. Il y a des marches de votre balcon meublé directement à la piscine.

La salle de bain a été entièrement rénovée. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner des repas complets. Le balcon est un endroit idéal pour déguster une tasse de café, se détendre après une longue journée ou profiter de la vue sur la piscine / la montagne. Un parking couvert est fourni. L'unité est au 2ème étage (supérieur) du bâtiment.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à distance de marche, y compris l'épicerie, les restaurants, les salons de manucure, le bureau de poste, les banques, le nettoyage à sec, etc.

Une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit est disponible dans l'unité. La télévision par câble avec DVR est fournie avec un lecteur Blu-Ray.

Great place, nicely decorated and spacious.

Close to the pool, quiet, very comfortable bed and couches, which is important to us. Close to grocery shopping and walks around the heritage houses in the neighborhood.

This is the second time we have stayed in Joanne’s condo. We love the place. It has everything a person could want. It’s in a good location overlooking the pool and close by shopping and hiking trails. Joanne is very attentive and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We are booked in next year and are looking forward to it.

This was our 3rd stay at Joanne’s Condo. Everything was as expected. Clean, well equipped for everything one could need. Weather was great, nice pool and so close to shopping and restaurants. Hope to be back again.

5 stars all the way!! My favorite place in Palm Springs!!

This is by far my favorite place to stay in PS! Joanne's condo is always sparkling clean, stylish, and is outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. The location within the complex is fantastic, overlooking the beautiful pool. Grocery store, restaurants, post office, etc are right across the street, and close to downtown as well. The community here is lovely, everyone is so friendly, & Joanne is always great & quick to respond to any questions. This is such a wonderful place, and I'm already looking forward to returning next year... highly recommend! Many thanks, Joanne!

Palm Springs 2019

Had another great stay in Palm Springs this November. Thank You Joanne for making another great stay . Love the location of your unit in the complex. Your unit had everything needed for cooking, entertainment , great Wifi, Comfy bed and bike lock up room. This was my 3rd stay in the complex and all have been great. I love the location because it's close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, banking and the Pub. A TV in the bedroom would be a bonus. Look forward to coming back next year if all goes well.

Great rental

Our stay was wonderful on all accounts. The condo was newly renovated, clean and well stocked with everything a person could want. The bed was super comfortable. Great bedding and fluffy towels! Check in/out was easy and efficient. Joanne was terrific and prompt at all communication. Two tiny concerns were handled immediately. The condo overlooks the pool and grounds. The hot tub was hot with a terrific view of the mountains. The location was great too with a grocery across the street and fabulous hiking trails nearby. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

My favorite place to stay in Palm Springs!

My stay at Joanne's condo was perfect from start to finish! This was my 2nd time staying at the Smoke Tree Racquet Club, & Joanne's condo is my favorite of all Palm Springs stays so far. I love the complex for its wonderful swimming pool, nice community, and great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Joanne's condo is in a stellar location overlooking the pool area, and I looked forward to the views of the pool & mountains from the balcony each day and evening. The condo is modern, stylish, sparkling clean, and had everything I needed for a super comfortable and easy-breezy stay. I loved how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking, the linen closet had plenty of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels. There were also many thoughtful extras, like a cooler, tennis racquets & balls, pool floats, & a grill on the balcony. Joanne was super friendly & quick to respond to any questions. The wifi was great for working remotely and I really appreciated the desk & comfortable desk chair. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful space, looking forward to next time!

Post Covid Trip

It was very nice to be back in Palm Springs after missing 2 years because of the Pandemic. I stayed at Joanne's Condo in 2019 and enjoyed staying in the Condo once again. This was my 4th stay at the Smoke Tree complex. Love the area and the shopping nearby. The condo was fully equipped and had another great stay. Hope to be back again.

Great, dog friendly condo

Loved our stay. Joanne is extremely responsive. Great location. Beautiful condo. Has a fenced dog park. Very convenient location to buses and shopping. Only issue for us was we could not receive mail at condo. I need my medications mailed to me. Also can’t recieve any USPS Amazon orders. Luckily, we have friends who live here, so used their address.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay in Smoketree. The owner of the apt Joanne was so friendly and accommodating. Pool access was amazing and one step away and very clean. Property is very well maintained. The biggest qualm was the dog park wasn’t very dog friendly and off the property. Our dog had to walk on hot cement to get to the park and it didn’t feel very safe at night since its not fenced in and public. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great property and location with amazing view!

My husband and I absolutely loved Joanne's condo. It was super clean and had everything we needed, the photos really don't do it justice! The place is better in person, the view from balcony is beautiful; it's right above the community pool, which was convenient and the pool was a great size to swim in, we almost used it everyday. We didn't have a car during the stay because the location is so convenient, right across the grocery, mail center, pharmacy etc., and close this amazing restaurant called Elmar. We really enjoyed staying there and Joanne was very responsive. Would highly recommend this place for your stay!

Very Nice Clean Condo

The condo was very nice in a good location with easy access to everything Palm Springs has to offer. The owner Joanne, responded quickly to all requests and proved to be very generous, compassionate and fair to deal with. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return in the future.

Wonderful property

Great location.....loved the neighborhood. Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to live comfortably for the month. Wonderful views. Only unfortunate thing was the hot tub was down pretty much the whole month. Overall was a great property!

Perfect lil place.

The unit I rented from JoAnne, was the perfect little place. It was big enough for 1, all the amenities needed. The location was absolutely great, Stores, Shops, Downtown easy access to work and many more. Quiet and roomy.

Cute Modern Condo Pefect for Tennis Players

We stayed at the Smoke Tree Racquet Club for 6 weeks and had a great time. Joanne was very hospitable, and quickly responsive to every question we threw at her. It was perfect for tennis players, with lighted courts right outside the door (we attended the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament in mid-March, and this condo was a fantastic lodging option. It's often hard to find lodging during that tournament). The pool was also a fantastic amenity to cool off after a day in the sun. The complex had a lively, friendly, party atmosphere for the first few weeks that we were there (mid-March to early April), but then by early April, people started leaving and the place got fairly quiet. It was OK both ways, but there were definitely more people around to play tennis and pickle ball in early spring than later on. The condo itself had everything we needed, and had fairly good cross-ventilation so stayed cool even during really hot days. We used the air conditioning twice during our entire stay. We never had to wait to use the on-site laundromat. The condo is also within walking distance of some very good restaurants and coffee shops, and the free downtown shuttle is easily accessible. The highlight of the trip was being so close to Joshua Tree National Park and sections of the Pacific Crest Trail for day hiking.
