3 bedroom ski chalet nestled on a 5+ acre wooded lot in Bradford, NH. Located just 90 minutes from Boston this home offers a perfect base for all your favorite outdoor activities. Just a 17 minute drive to Mount Sunapee ski area, 10 minute drive to Pats Peak and a 2 minute walk to Lake Massasecum for ice skating & ice fishing in the winter or boating, fishing and swimming in the summer. Head out the back door for hiking right in the back yard with over 5 hilly acres to explore. Just a 10 minute drive away is a favorite NH brewery featuring cold beer, cool food trucks and a fun family friendly atmosphere

Inside, you’ll find 3 large bedrooms (including a lofted king bedroom) with comfortable sleeping for 8 people. This home also features 2 living rooms - great for entertaining kids and adults! There is a fully stocked kitchen, 2 washer / dryer setups and 3 full bathrooms. All linens included!

Unwind at the end of the day in front of a cozy wood burning fireplace, or head outside to the wrap around deck for grilling and views of the surrounding foliage.

The home was in the perfect location for us, and was truly a great place to gather around the fire and enjoy each others company. Robin was incredibly helpful, and polite. Even in the face of an accident by us that caused an additional cleaning fee, Robin was still respectful and easy to communicate with.Thanks for the great stay, I’d recommend it to anyone.

The house was great. Plenty of room to spread out and great views from the living room and deck. The fire pit was an added bonus and all the necessary wood, kindling & lighters were all provided. Well appointed kitchen and the house was clean. Would definitely stay again!

7 of us stayed at the chalet while we attended our 50th reunion from New England College. It slept us all very comfortably. It was a short drive to Henniker, so we were able to easily attend functions on campus and then come back to relax and reminisce about our college days. The chalet was well equipped , clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The house is clean with an extremely well- equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for a family. Hosts are easy to communicate with, and it was easy to relax & enjoy the lake!

Forth of July on the Lake

Amazing place to book for your family! It is a short walk to Lake Massecum. The house was clean and beautiful views. Great for a night fire in the backyard. Plenty of showers as beds! Close to Shaws and other stores if you forgot anything. Host was amazing!

Wonderful and cozy

We had a lovely time staying in this cozy home with amazing views of the surrounding forest and glimpses of the frozen lake! The main living space and bedrooms have been nicely renovated and furnished and there were ample supplies in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have bathroom toiletries and hairdryers in every bathroom, however we were able to make do. The location was very convenient to Mount Sunapee, where my daughter was participating in an alpine ski race.

Ski Weekend near Pat's Peak

Our ski weekend at this 3-bedroom chalet in Bradford, NH, was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal for our trip, with Pats Peak just a 15 minute drive away. It made hitting the slopes quick and easy, allowing us to maximize our time skiing.The chalet itself was spacious and well-equipped for our family. With three cozy bedrooms and two living rooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax after a full day on the mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing during our stay. In the evenings, we enjoyed the indoor fireplace, which provided a perfect setting to unwind and reflect on the day.What really made the stay memorable, though, was the host, Robin. Robin was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of before we even arrived. Their communication was seamless, and they ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.Overall, our experience at the chalet was fantastic. The location, the comfort, and the exceptional hospitality from Robin made it a memorable weekend. We’ll definitely be back for another ski trip!

Charming Chalet

My family and friends all agreed that this chalet was clean and charming. The breathtaking windows overlooked the woods, creating an airy and spacious living area. The fireplace was a nice addition and the host was easily accessible. We will definitely book this place again in the future!
