Home has great amenities such as smart TV's in each bedroom, a Keurig and coffee maker, stainless steel appliances in kitchen & outdoor grills. Condo is located on the 1st floor. Additional units available for rent. Message for discounts over 3 days and flexible check in/out.

A Perfect College Visit

This property was even better than listed. 3 full master suites allowed the family plenty of space. Very clean, very comfortable, very close to campus, and a very good value. Great communication from the host as well.

Great Spot

This was a great spot for us as we visited University of Alabama. It was perfectly located-5 minutes from campus. Nice gated community with amenities on the river. Condo was a nice size and bed/bath combos were convenient. Very clean and nicely equipped kitchen. Easy check in and check out process. Will keep this on our list for future campus visits.

Amazing condo

This place was amazing from start to finish. Jennifer the host was completely accessible and helpful. We really liked the shortcut provided with all property details. Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so clean. We loved having both drip and pod coffee makers. The three bedrooms were huge, the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms (each room has a huge bathroom and closet) was perfect for our trip. I loved that there was hairdryer, and hangers for my clothes. Location is perfect. We loved watching the rowing team from the windows. Right on the river and very close to my daughter's dorm at U of Alabama. Would highly recommend this property for a great stay!! Roll Tide!!

Above and Beyond!!!

THIS CONDO IS PERFECT!!!We stayed at this condo for a long May 2025 weekend, bringing 5 total adults, for our son's law school graduation at UA. It is super close to UA law library & basketball arena, the graduation and reception locations. It is also close to many restaurants and grocery stores.EVERYTHING is provided for your convenience to cook and stay in comfort: dishes, cookware, basic spices, coffee, sweeteners, toaster oven, coffee machines (brew & KCup), kitchen & laundry soap, bath soaps, kitchen towels & bath towels, plenty of paper products in kitchen & bathrooms. We were amazed!!We brought 2 grandmas, one with limited mobility, to this FIRST FLOOR condo. Ground floor was of vital importance since stairs weren't possible. There was a safety bar for in one of the bathrooms for the grandmas. We had 3 private bedrooms, king beds in each, and each with it's own large private bathroom & closet. So much room to organize yourself during your stay!!We enjoyed being together in the kitchen & family room area. We had plenty of room for meals together, and we enjoyed watching the boats & barges float down the river. Every room has a large flatscreen TV, too.Communication with Jennifer was excellent!! She quickly responded to my every question. She was very understanding of our grandma needs and made sure the condo could accommodate them.This condo was, by far, the ABSOLUTE BEST rental we've ever visited!! HIGHLY recommend for all UA or Tuscaloosa events!!!!
