ENTRY LEVEL
Kitchen – A chef’s dream! State-of-the-art Wolf appliances including oven, stove, and microwave, marble countertops, and a wine fridge. The custom center island is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, or gathering while cooking.

Living Room – Comfy couches, sliding glass doors leading to the patio, hot tub views, Smart TV, WiFi, and a sleek in-wall gas fireplace. The house is climate-controlled with a Nest system for cozy comfort year-round.

Dining Area – Ideal for dinners and lively game nights with family or friends.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Cozy King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding glass doors that open to the patio.
