Experience Dillon Beach like a local in our custom-designed beachhouse, perched on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean offering spectacular panoramic views from every room. It's a perfect retreat from everyday life. Relax in one of two living areas or on one of the decks, and toast the sunset with local wines. Walk along sandy Dillon Beach, hike to the estero, fish from the many coves, kayak, surf, paddleboard or kiteboard at the beach, eat oysters from the pristine Tomales Bay, or curl up with a book on the couch. Experience the magic of Dillon Beach at our house.

Unbelievable views, well socked house, and very responsive hosts. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing ocean retreat with friends or family.

This is a great house and we would be happy to rent again. The views are incredible. The hot tub was very clean and there is an outdoor shower to easily rinse off any sand that follows you home from the beach. The Coastal Kitchen next to the Dillon Beach store had some of the best fish & chips I've ever eaten.

First trip to California for my grandson’s Coast Guard graduation in Petaluma. Our family has stayed at numerous VRBO’s and what I look for in a home is cleanliness, can it accommodate two seniors in their 70’s, views, location, comfortable beds, friendly and responsive hosts and how well is it stocked, just to name a few things. My experience with all of the above is 5*****. Lovely, clean home, breathtaking views, comfortable beds, etc. You will have to climb stairs to get to upper and lower bedrooms but they were not a problem. Highly recommend this home and their hosts.

The place was spectacular !Better than any of the pictures. Views from every room in the house, in the community but all alone.Large driveway for parking and instructions for everything.Very inviting, comfortable and spacious. Hop to come again and will strongly recommend to friends.Thanks for having us.

As others have stated, the pictures don't do this property justice...to no fault of the owner...it's just so hard to really capture the magic of this property in photos. I have attached some photos we took which give a little more of the vibe of this home.I surprised my wife with this rental to celebrate our 25 years of marriage. She knew we were staying near the ocean, but didn't realize it was on the ocean. The moment we opened the front gate and walked in, she was in tears. It is just overwhelming how beautiful this place is. It is serene and feels pretty secluded. The views are amazing. 180 degrees of ocean view, plus to the right of the property is beautiful landscape with no homes. Almost every day we were visited by a family of deer. There were flocks of pelicans flying back and forth throughout the day as well as other birds and even a seal we watched playing in the surf below. The hot tub view is amazing and so relaxing...it was hard to leave that for sure. We got to experience both very foggy days with a bit of chill and sunny warm days. Both we're amazing in their own ways. Yes, this town is far from stores and restaurants which may be a downside for some, but for us that is what made it so perfect. We went to town a couple times to get some essentials and the rest of the time we just spent alone enjoying each other's company in probably the most peaceful and relaxing home we've ever stayed in. So grateful for our stay here and we are desperate to get back.

While we would love to spend more time there, our grandparent responsibilities and our own travel plans leave many nights available. So we decided to offer it as a short term rental.
