What a fun place!! Cool architecture with brick walls. Tons of open space! Nice upgrades, PLENTY of sleeping spots!! We couldn’t have been more pleased and will bookmark this spot for all future visits to Cincy area.

Ty, our host is the best ever! Hands down as he is the ultimate host that made sure our stay was peaceful and comfortable. The house was spic and span! We had a concern about a bathroom window but he was there right away to address it. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. TY is dependable and reliable!

This was a great stay for our group of 7 for a concert at TQL stadium. The apartment was exactly as the listed pictures. Ty was a phenomenal host and was easy to communicate with. He was prompt and very helpful with our questions. We appreciated having a parking space in the lot next to the apartment. While Ty let us know the space was a little tight, we ended up being able to park our SUV with no trouble. Would 100% book again for our next Cincinnati trip.

Weekend in Cincinnati

A girls trip of Xavier alumni in town for senior night and a trip down memory lane. Ty was absolutely wonderful and very attentive. He was easy to reach if we needed anything and ensured our trip to Cincinnati was nothing shy of perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Family trip to Cinci

We had a great time in Cincinnati. Ty was great as a host, very responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable though a bit sparse. We had a large group and the apartment was not as stocked with kitchen supplies as we would have liked but it was workable. A park is located a short walk away with an art museum and botanical garden. Dog friendly which is always a plus for us. We would stay here again.
