One of our favorite places in Napa Valley and a great home base for whatever plans you may have, or no simply stay around the resort and relax. I have a 1 Bedroom Suite available Sleeps 4 if using the pullout.

Vino Bello's luxurious units are designed with a romantic Tuscan theme. Its warm colors and rich fabrics bring out the essence of the Napa Valley. The fully equipped and custom designed kitchens feature an upscale appliance package and granite counters. Local Napa artisans' work is highlighted throughout the resort. All of the furniture has been custom made for Vino Bello, with hand carved wood treatment throughout the units.

• Must provide $250/night fully refundable deposit to the resort at check in for incidentals (credit or debit card only).
• $6.32/night tax per-night City of Napa timeshare use fee is payable at check in.
• Name on reservation must match photo I.D.

You will enjoy a spacious (836 sq ft) 4-star Resort Vino Bello Condo with a private bedroom including a king bed, jetted tub, living room w/gas fireplace, queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), large bathroom with walk-in shower w/ rain-shower head & four side-mounted shower heads, washer/dryer, furnished patio/balcony and a complimentary bottle of wine.

• Since the Vino Bello is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, you may politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. However, they do offer rewards for attending, but remember, it is a sales pitch!

*** GENERAL TERMS ***
• Guests shall use and maintain the resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other owners or guests. The guest affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
• The guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or resort property during the rental period..
• The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

Other: I have been a timeshare owner for many years. This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit, so the reservation is booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in). Once your request has been accepted, you will check in just like at any hotel.
