Lovely place

Cynthia & John are lovely hosts and very accommodating. The room is a master suite, very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Very cozy all around .There is also a washer/dryer and Keurig. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and wineries. If you get a chance, highly recommend visiting their winery for a tasting. Our favorite part are the paintings throughout by the owner, John. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Napa Getaway

This is not our first time at this property, we Love it here. Meets our needs. Great bed, small fridge, bathroom is great. Very quiet area, close to many places. The owners are delightful, left us a bottle of wine from their family winery. We always look to stay here on our visits to NapaValley.

Superb

A private and quiet place. We prefer to get off the path well traveled & this suite was perfect. Very close to downtown Napa and wineries. I highly recommend staying here and we'll be coming back again soon.

Great way to 'wine' down

We enjoyed our week of wine tasting and this was a great location to end each day. It was convenient for so many restaurants as well. The Kasten's have a very nice home - and welcomed us to their winery as well.

Quiet, Clean, and Convenient

Cynthia was very responsive before, during, and after my stay. The unit is attached to their home and is in a wonderful location with easy access to hiking, downtown Napa, and wineries. It is very quiet and peaceful. I came to Napa to attend the celebration of life of a dear friend and I especially appreciated Cynthia's flexibility around check-in and departure.

2023 Napa Harvest Ball

We have stayed on several occasions at this property. We love how peaceful it is, close to various Napa venues. The place is clean, equipped with what someone needs. The owners offer a wine tasting at their winery which we indulge in. Great wine. We will stay again.

Couldn't be better

Great spacious spot that fells very secluded but is also nice and close to downtown Napa. Excellent host, fantastic space. I will certainly be back.

Excellent experience!

My husband and I planned our first trip to California and the Napa area. Cynthia greeted us at the property upon our arrival, she was so gracious and informed us about everything plus provided us with information on the area prior to our arrival so I had already booked several tastings at local vineyards. She had also let us know about their family vineyard and we had a private tasting with her and her husband. It was so nice to hear about the history of their property and great details about the wine making process. Such a treat! Highly recommend visiting. The VRBO had the most comfortable bed, cozy and quaint inside and out. Tucked into a great little community, very close to downtown Napa. I personally enjoyed the outside area and bistro table, as I had to work a bit in the early morning and early evenings. So quiet and enjoyable. Thank you for a most enjoyable visit to NAPA and for your hospitality. We will be back and we have already shared our experience with friends and family.

Peaceful Retreat

The property and hosts are lovely. We enjoyed two nights in the peaceful retreat. The location was close to downtown Napa, which made it easy to come and go in between activities. There are a lot of amenities and things to make your stay cozy.

Beautiful setting, perfect location, helpful host

Space was clean and perfect for the two of us. Home and neighborhood setting were beautiful. Location within a 10-minute walk to the Napa River Trail and 30-minute walk to downtown Napa was ideal. Host was helpful and provided many good ideas for winery, eating out and other activities.

Lovely Owners Lovely Cozy Stay

These owners are family from the first day you meet them to receive the key. Then their home welcomes you to be comfortable cozy with no needs they haven't met to make your stay wonderful! Perfect weekend getaway

The location is unbeatable. It is tucked back in a neighborhood where you feel secluded and away from everything but still very close to downtown. We were met at check in and given information, a tour and had any questions answered. Pictures and description are very accurate. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Easy on-line reservation. The property is beautiful & clean! Had everything we needed. Very close to downtown Napa, Yountville & Calistoga, wineries, great restaurants & nightlife in Napa. We highly recommend this rental!
