This cottage was prefect for our vacation, it was stocked perfectly having everything we could ask for and located close to the pool. Our hosts were very communicative and made sure throughout the trip that we didn’t have any questions and wanted to make sure it was going well. Would definitely stay again!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying here a few times and it never disappoints. The property has everything you need, beds are comfortable, close to the main pool, stocked kitchen. Check in is very easy and communication with host is a quick response. Karolyn and Matt always touch base to make sure things are going smoothly. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning next year.

This was our second year staying in Karolyn and Matt’s cottage. We had another wonderful stay. The cottage is cozy and very clean. Has everything you need for the week. Location within the complex is perfect. Very close walk to the pool/clubhouse. Location nicely between wells beaches and Ogunquit center and beaches. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Would stay again without hesitation.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We loved the location, as it was close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The cottage was very charming with a beach decor. It was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. It was well stocked and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Although the cottages are very close together, the neighborhood is quiet and secure being a gated community. We even got to enjoy the wildlife (turkeys and deer). The owners Karolyn and Matt communicated openly and efficiently, and we appreciated the ease of booking. We would highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things to describe how lovely this cottage was and how kind and thoughtful the owners are. Their attention to detail is outstanding. My biggest yuck about traveling to places near the beach, is the smell that comes with damp humid environments near water and rentals. This place smells great! You'd never know theres an ocean down the road. There's no weird underlying scent, it's just a loved and cared for cottage

Karolyn and Matt were very helpful and welcoming hosts and the house was really nice! It was just what we needed for meals, sleep, and as home base for outings to nearby Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Bonus - the swimming pool and clubhouse of the gated community were a stone's throw from the house and the kids had a great time there as well.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, and the development it is in was wonderful! We spend time in York and Ogunquit on vacation as we have family there and it is the perfect location so the crazy summer traffic didn't effect us too much.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this adorable super clean cottage! The amenities in the complex were a nice backup activity to the beach, and the location was great! A bit off the main road, but still super close to get to the beach, we were able to walk to the beach a few days. We loved how everything felt so clean and well organized upon arrival. There were only two of us, but the cottage could easily have accommodated four people comfortably. The hosts were wonderful with responding quickly to my concerns and questions and very helpful providing information about the area. And I really appreciated having a hose to rinse off salty sandy shoes, and beach toys before packing them up to go home! We would definitely stay here again!

The check-in process is easy and great communication with the hosts throughout the stay. The cottage is supplied with everything you need, comfortable beds, lots of towels, kitchen fully stocked. I appreciated how quiet it was overnight since I’m such a light sleeper. Just a great rental!

Pink Sands Beach Dreams cottage

Really enjoyed our stay here. Cottage was cute and cozy. Amazing location-we stay in wells but spend a lot of time in Ogunquit this was perfect. Within the complex this location was wonderful very close to the pool. Very quiet setting. Cottage had all the essentials (though really no place to store dry goods from grocery story so need to plan accordingly- for us this wasn’t a problem. Plenty of linen and beach towels. Karolyn and Matt were very responsive to my pre vacation questions and checked in on us. Would definitely stay again.
